Abstract

본 발명은 고정클립에 관한 것으로, 더 자세하게는 잉크젯프린터에 잉크를 공급하는 잉크공급장치의 잉크호스선을 고정하기 위한 일체형 고정클립을 제공하려는 것이다. 잉크호스선이 연결된 카트리지가 이동할 때 잉크호스선의 유동으로 인해 고정클립에 지속적으로 힘이 작용하여 양면테이프로 접착한 고정클립이 점차 떨어지는 문제점을 해소할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
본 발명의 일체형 고정클립은 패널에 체결나사가 결합될 수 있는 체결구멍이 구비되어 있다. 이 패널들은 서로 힌지 연결되어 있다. 패널들의 자유단부에는 스냅로크(Snaplock) 수단이 구비되어 있는데, 이 수단들은 손으로 열 수 있고, 패널들이 서로 대면하는 경우에 자동적으로 체결된다.
따라서, 본 발명의 고정클립은 체결구멍이 구비된 패널에 체결나사를 결합함으로써, 고정클립의 떨어짐을 방지하여 체결력을 증대시킬 수 있어 그 사용이 용이한 것이다.

Description

잉크공급장치의 잉크튜브 고정클립{Fixed Clip for Ink supply device Ink Tube}
본 발명은 잉크공급장치의 잉크호스선을 고정할 수 있도록 하는 일체형 고정클립에 관한 것으로, 고정클립(60)의 패널 한쪽에 체결나사(90)가 결합될 수 있는 체결구멍(70)을 구비하여서, 잉크호스선(20)이 연결된 카트리지(10)가 좌우로 이동할 때 잉크호스선(20)의 유동으로 인해 고정클립(60)에 힘이 작용하더라도 고정클립(60)이 떨어지지 않을 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 한 것이다.
도 1은 잉크공급장치를 설명하기 위한 개략도로서, 잉크젯프린터(40)에 장착되는 잉크카트리지(10)와 잉크가 저장되는 별도의 잉크용기(30) 및 상기 잉크카트리지(10)와 잉크용기(30)가 통유되게 연결하는 잉크호스선(20)과 고정클립(50)으로 이루어져 있다.
도 2는 종래 고정클립(50)을 설명하기 위한 사시도로서, 패널중 한곳에 양면테이프(미도시)를 접착시켜 잉크젯프린터(40)에 붙여 상기 잉크호스선(20)을 고정할 수 있도록 하였다.
그러나, 상기 고정클립(50)은 잉크공급장치의 카트리지가(10) 좌우로 이동시 잉크호스선(20)의 유동으로 인하여 적지않은 힘을 지속적으로 받게 되어, 접착된 양면테이프(미도시)의 접착력이 점차 약화되어 결국 떨어지는 문제점이 있다.
이에, 본 발명은 상술한 바와 같이 잉크공급장치의 카트리지(10)가 좌우로 이동시 잉크호스선(20)의 유동이 있어도 떨어지지 않는 고정클립(60)을 제공하는 것이다.
즉, 본 발명은 고정클립(60)의 패널에 체결나사(90)가 결합될 수 있는 체결구멍(70)이 구비한 것이다.
본 발명의 일체형 고정클립(60)은 체결구멍(70)이 구비된 패널에 체결나사(90)를 결합함으로써, 고정클립(60)의 떨어짐을 방지하여 체결력을 증대시킬 수 있어 그 사용이 용이한 효과를 가진 것이다.
이하, 첨부도면을 참조하여 본 발명을 상세히 설명한다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 실시예를 보인 사시도이고, 도 4는 본 발명에 따른 실시예의 일체형 고정클립(60) 구조도이다.
도시된 바와 같이 일체형 고정클립(60)은 패널 한쪽에 체결나사(90)가 결합될 수 있는 체결구멍(70)을 형성한 것이다. 이 패널(110,120)들은 서로 힌지 연결되어 있다. 패널들의 자유단부에는 스냅로크(Snaplock) 수단(80,100)이 구비되어 있는데, 이 수단들은 손으로 열 수 있고, 패널들이 서로 대면하는 경우에 자동적으 로 체결된다.
본 발명은 특정한 실시예에 관련하여 도시하고 설명하였지만, 이하의 특허청구범위에 의해 마련되는 본 발명의 정신이나 분야를 벗어나지 않는 한도내에서 본 발명이 다양하게 개조 및 변화될 수 있다는 것을 당업계에서 통상의 지식을 가진자는 용이하게 알 수 있음을 밝혀두고자 한다.

  1. 잉크젯프린터에 잉크를 공급하는 잉크공급장치의 잉크호스선(20)을 고정하기 위한 일체형 고정클립(60)에 있어서,
    상기 고정클립(60)은 힌지 결합된 2개의 패널(110,120) 및 손으로 열 수 있고 자동적으로 폐쇄될 수 있는 스냅로크(Snaplock)수단(80,100)을 포함하고 있으며, 패널 중 한곳에 체결나사(90)가 결합될 수 있는 체결구멍(70)이 형성된 일체형 고정클립(60)
