Description

장기간 모기 퇴치향을 발산하는 직물의 제조 방법 및 그 직물로 만든 제품{omitted}Manufacturing method of fabric which emits long-term mosquito repellent and product made from the fabric

The present invention is designed to reduce the damage caused by mosquitoes and other pests by using crude oil extracted from a plant called CITRONELLA, which has been certified as excellent mosquito repellent effect (registered in the NAVER encyclopedia).

Although it has been used as a method of mosquito repellent of insect pests that has already been used and recognized worldwide, the measures have been taken because its use is banned due to harm to human body.

Citronella was found to be harmless to the human body by the US Environmental Protection Agency. Therefore, Citronella is designed to prevent mosquitoes and pests by preventing the smell of mosquitoes, insects, etc. emitted from the human body. Would

The contents of the specific devises are listed in the [Invention (Design)] section.

It is an object of the present invention to keep the fragrance of citronella for a long time.

The citronella is microencapsulated to contain about 10 to 50wt%, and the protective film (outer wall) of the capsule can control the timing of foaming according to the molding method, and the application of the present invention allows the capsule to be naturally foamed for about several years. On the other hand, when it is exposed to impact or high temperature, it is molded and manufactured so that a large amount of foam is formed. Then, when this capsule is put into a close product of daily life such as fabric or clothing, it is permeated into the numerous pore shafts of the fabric, and then gradually foamed for a long time, so that the desired sheet It can give off a scent of Ronella. In addition, in the case of frequent washing, such as in the case of clothing, the loss is minimized during washing by using a binder which is a fixing agent to prevent the loss of the capsule. Microcaps Co., Ltd. Upon requesting the above test from the Korea Textile Technology Institute, we received a test result of `` The fragrance remains in the fabric after washing 50 times and persisted after washing 30 times (drying machine wash 30 degrees).

As mentioned earlier, pesticides using the "Pesticide State" are harmful to the human body and are particularly harmful to the health of infants.

Because of this, many countries around the world have used citronella, which is harmless to humans and harmless to infants, to prevent the access of harmful insects. However, the biggest problem is that the citronella scent evaporates in about 30 minutes, and it is not applied or sprayed on the human body continuously. If you do not have the fragrance disappear after the pest will be damaged.

In this regard, the present invention devised a method for continuously exterminating pests, containing the citronella stock solution in microcapsules in a fine polymer form, and the microcapsules have a long time as the outer wall gradually breaks down as long as it has been scientifically recognized. The microcapsules were formed and manufactured so that they can be seen. The second technique is that the fabrics infiltrating the microcapsules are slowly foamed for many years, so they can have the desired effect in view of the effect continuously, but there are many losses in washing. In order to fix this, Binder Polyfix-A is mixed with water and capsules and applied to the fabric through a dyeing process to minimize the loss of capsules even after several times of washing.

Citronella, which has a function of controlling insects, is stored in myocapsules so that it can be released as a fragrance over a long period of time, and mixed with a binder that is a fixing agent to countless pore axes of the fabric. Reduces loss of capsules Therefore, products such as dyed fabrics of the above capsules and binders mixed with water or clothing and bedding made from these fabrics may be protected from harmful insects due to the fragrance of the capsules over the years. The effect can be maintained for dozens of washes.

If the wind is severe in a closed space or outdoors, the effect may be less. In addition, if it is made of clothing, if it is a jacket, the ankle part has the result of this test, and there is a need for countermeasures.

The solution is to wear clothing that can cover as much of the human body as possible, or to dilute this capsule with gels, oils, and oils and apply it to the skin.

When applied to skin pores, epidermis, etc., the effect is satisfactory unless washed.

When mixed with microcapsules containing citronella and binder and dyed on the fabric, harmful insects cannot come near or diarrhea even if they come close to diarrhea. It can be obtained by divergence, and even in case of washing, the test results of `` fragrance after 50 times of washing '' can show long-term eradication of harmful insects.

If you want to make clothing or other products using the present invention, the fabric is soaked in water mixed with a capsule and a binder, and then dried immediately. Desiccant can be achieved by drying

1.Practical Example 1.

The citronella solution was added to about 10wt% of the total content, mixed, dyed to the fabric, fixed with a binder and placed in a closed place, and a satisfactory effect of combating pests such as mosquitoes was observed.

2.Practical Example 2.

After adding about 25wt% of the total citronellan solution, mixed, microencapsulated, fixed and dyed to T-shirts and socks, they went to rural fields and worked for more than 8 hours in soybean fields. . Two days later, these shirts and socks were washed, dried, re-weared, and fished for five hours at the reservoir at night.

3.Practical Example 3.

Add about 35wt% of the total citronella solution, make it into microcapsules, dye it on the fibers, and fix it at the same time. Retrospective persistence (machine washing 30 degrees net drying)-'The fragrance in the fabric after washing' received a test result. That is, even after 50 washings, the effects of mosquito and pest control are maintained.

4.Practical Example 4.

After adding about 25wt% of the total content of citronellan solution, microencapsulating, fixing and dyeing it on the cap, and after experimenting outdoors, the face and neck parts were not affected by pests, but the arms and legs were only slightly effective. I haven't seen

However, it was damaged from many pests for those who did not wear a hat next to two meters.

As shown in the above practical example, the crude liquid content applied to fabrics and finished garments is about 10 wt% to 50 wt%, and the effect of citronella oil undiluted solution content is not large.
