Abstract
The present invention relates to a method of replacing the bristles of the toothbrush, and more particularly to a method of coupling and detaching the bristle part with the toothbrush body.
Toothbrushes that can be separated in the conventional bristles cause some problems because the location where the bristles are separated is inside the tufts (parts where the bristles are planted). Since the space for installing the coupling device is very small, it is hard to design a device that is durable enough to withstand the force applied to the toothbrush. In addition, toothbrushes are used in the mouth, and if the parts of the joint are separated while brushing teeth, swallowing may occur. Therefore, in order to prevent such an accident in advance, the use of parts should be minimized, and the toothbrush body and bristles should be integrated as much as possible. For this purpose, the hair part is made as simple as possible, and the structure that combines the H-beam type protrusions is designed so that the hair part can be fixed to the body body maintaining durability.

Description
The present invention relates to a method of replacing the bristles of the toothbrush, and more particularly to a method of coupling and detaching the bristle part with the toothbrush body.
Toothbrushes that can be removed from conventional bristles can be aesthetically pleasing because the location where the bristles are separated is inside the hair part (the part where the bristles are planted), but the design is not apparent. It is a matter of course. When viewed from the side, the average thickness is about 5 mm, of which about 3 mm is used to plant the hair. Therefore, the free space is about 2mm, and it is technically difficult to install the coupling device in such a narrow space. Also, in order to endure the force applied to the toothbrush when brushing teeth, a design considering durability is required, which is difficult to realize with a space of 2 mm.
Toothbrushes that can be separated in the conventional bristles have some problems because the location of the bristles is separated inside the tufts. In addition, if the separation method is too easy and simple, it may be separated at an undesired moment, so it is designed to be separated only by a special method.
In order to solve the problems caused when using the inside of the hair part as the coupling part, the point where the hair part ends rather than the inside of the hair part will be used as the binding part. It also aims to create a product that combines productivity and marketability by simplifying complex coupling structures and simplifying usage for consumers.
For this purpose, the hair part is made as simple as possible, and the structure that combines the H-beam type protrusions is designed so that the hair part can be fixed to the body body maintaining durability.
The present invention has the effect of preventing the accident of disassembling the coupling part in the gargle because it is simplified to the maximum by removing the complexity of the prior art. The present invention also makes it possible to replace only the bristles without having to buy the toothbrush again when the bristles are bent using the toothbrush for a long time. Therefore, there is an effect to reduce the economic burden of consumers. Such economics additionally have the following effects.
Buying toothbrushes again is burdensome, which stimulates consumers' desire to buy brushed bristles, which is why producers can create a new blue ocean called a toothbrush replacement toothbrush.
It also has the effect of promoting the development of customized brush heads that take into account personal characteristics. Examples include soft bristles for people with poor gums, hard bristles for people undergoing orthodontic treatment, tongue bristles and functional bristles designed to clean perishable wisdom teeth.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Figure 1 (a) is a structural view of a part in which only the bristles part is a part is a structure in which the H-beam-shaped projection (1) is shown at the end of the hair transplant. The design of the leading part in the form of an H beam is to prevent the knob from rotating. Fig. 1B shows a structure in which a hemispherical latch 2 is provided after inserting a
Figure 2 is a structural view of the toothbrush body is composed of a groove (5) of the H-beam shape that is engaged with the protrusion (1) and a circular groove (4) to allow the latch (2) to come out when the coupling is completed.
When combined as shown in Figure 3 can eliminate the shaking due to the H-beam-shaped design, the combined portion is not separated due to the operation of the latch. If you want to remove the brush head, you can use a stick, such as a toothpick, to press the latch.
Figure 1 (a) is an illustration showing only the bristles, that is, the hair part with a bristles,
