중하중 트럭에 있어서는 허용 하중보다 큰 하중의 짐을 적재한다거나 도로 조건이 열악한 상태에 운행되는 일이 많아 타이어에 부하되는 응력이 크다. 이와 같이 큰 응력에 견딜 수 있도록 하기 위한 노력으로 종래에 있어서 타이어의 구조개량에 많은 노력이 경주되어 왔다. 특히 타이어의 응력은 차량과 타이어를 연결하는 비드부에 많이 집중 된다. 이러한 비드부는 비드번들을 카카스로 감싸되 비드번들 상부에 비드필러를 채워 비드번들 상부에 공간이 생기지 아니하게 하며 비드번들과 카카스의 결합을 견고하게 하여 구성시킨다. 그런데, 종래의 타이어에 있어서의 비드필러는, 비드번들의 움직임을 방지할 수 있도록 견고한 물성을 가지는 고무조성물로 된 하부필러와 카카스단부라던가 채퍼와의 결합 및 카카스단부나 채퍼의 움직임을 흡수 완충시키기 위한 부드러운 물성을 가지는 고무조성물로 된 상부필러로 구성되어 있으며, 하부필러는 첨부된 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 대략 삼각형의 형태를 가지며 내측변은 카카스와 접하고 외측변은 상부필러와 접하게 형성되는 바, 이와 같은 종래의 타이어에 있어서는 경도가 높은 하부필러와 카카스 사이에 접착 상태가 불량하여 공기가 들어갈 염려가 있고, 하부필러와 카카스 사이에 마찰 응력이 커서 카카스와 하부필러의 분리 현상을 유발하며, 하부필러와 카카스 사이의 마찰은 발열량을 증가시키고 증가된 발열량은 카카스 단부까지 전달되어 카카스 단부의 세파레이션까지 일으킬 염려를 크게 한다.In heavy-duty trucks, a load of a load larger than the allowable load is loaded or the vehicle is operated in a poor road condition, so the stress on the tire is large.
