Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a sealant composition for automobile tires, and more particularly, to a sealant composition for automobile tires comprising a sealant, an antifreeze agent, an adhesive, a solid content, and deionized water.
The present invention relates to a composition for sealing flat tires, and in general, tubeless tires are relatively safe because they do not easily fall out due to foreign matters being easily caught by foreign substances such as nails or wedges. Although it is considered, when the vehicle is stuck in a high speed, the tire itself is converted into a very dynamic state, and the foreign material is easily pulled out, which causes a sudden drop in air pressure and the vehicle loses balance and the driver is in a dangerous state.
Therefore, in the tire manufacturing industry, in order to remove or reduce the puncture of the tire, the puncture portion is immediately applied when the puncture caused by foreign matter is applied to the inner and outer surfaces of the tire by applying a sealing composition to a certain thickness, or forming or spraying the coating. The company continues to develop technologies to contribute to the safe operation of vehicles by sealing them to prevent leakage of internal air.
The tire sealing composition developed in the related art was mainly manufactured by simply branding a low molecular weight liquid elastomer and a high molecular weight solid elastomer. Such a tire sealing composition is mixed when the tire is placed in a dynamic state while driving. The low molecular weight elastomer has a disadvantage in that its viscosity decreases, so it moves to the central part by centrifugal force, and foreign matters such as nails are stuck on the moving parts of the sealing composition. When the amount of the high molecular weight elastomer is added, the phase separation phenomenon of the composition can be solved, but there is a problem in that the sealing composition is easily cured and loses the sealing effect.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a sealant composition for a tire in which a constant viscosity is maintained so that a phase separation of the mixture does not occur even when the tire rotates at a high speed.

The above-mentioned sealant is added 20 to 60 parts by weight, and includes an aqueous latex. The above-described aqueous latex is mainly composed of a rubber component, so that the sealant composition is sealed in the tire because the sealant composition is substantially similar to the tire constituent material. It plays a role in maintaining the effect.
