Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an auxiliary armrest for a chair, and more particularly, to an auxiliary armrest provided to support an arm portion in front of a user's body while being folded and installed on an armrest provided in a chair.
Universal armrest provided in the chair is provided on both sides of the backrest and the seat plate constituting the chair to maintain a comfortable posture by placing the arm in the user sitting state.
As described above, the armrest is developed and used in various types of chairs, and a representative armrest for the prior art is shown in FIG. 6.
The armrest 1 is connected between the front of both sides of the seat plate 4 at the intermediate position of the
The upper surface of the
Since the armrest for a chair to which the prior art as described above is applied is located at both sides of the seat plate, the user can sit the forearm between the elbows and the elbows while sitting.
For this reason, when the forearm is to be placed on the armrest, the forearm portion must be artificially positioned on the armrest while sitting on a chair, so the forearm cannot be supported in the working state.
In other words, if you want to sit at the desk of the home or office, or to use the work or computer for learning or work, it is impossible to use the armrest mounted on the arm rest provided in the chair.
This is because when the user wants to use a computer, the elbow or forearm naturally escapes the armrest because the arm protrudes in the direction of the keyboard while the chair is placed on the end of the desk.
In particular, since the elbows or forearms are located in the air between the end of the desk and the chair, considerable fatigue is transmitted because they try to keep the arm almost horizontal in the process of using the keyboard.
As such, when fatigue is transmitted to the arm, it causes muscle stiffness, which affects not only the arm muscles but also the shoulder muscles, which causes physical problems such as stiff shoulders.
Accordingly, the present invention further includes an auxiliary arm rest that can support the forearm in a pulled out state by combining the hinge to the side of the arm rest provided in the conventional chair as the invention to solve the above problems. ,
When sitting at a desk, the forearm can be supported in a stable state without being located in the air, thereby reducing the fatigue of the user and achieving the purpose of performing efficient work.
The present invention is to simply be folded to prevent exposure when sitting, and to support the forearm to be placed in the air in a stable state when drawn out when performing tasks such as using a computer so that the user's arms and shoulders are not unreasonable It is an invention having various effects such as to alleviate fatigue.
Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings will be described a preferred configuration and operation of the present invention for achieving the above object.
