The general refrigerator has a structure in which the freezer compartment is at the upper side and the refrigerating chamber is at the lower side, and the double door type refrigerator is a structure in which the freezer compartment and the refrigerating compartment are vertically formed from side to side.

Bottom freezer type refrigerators are recently used in the United States or Europe, and have a larger refrigerator compartment on the upper side and a freezer compartment on the lower side than the freezer compartment.

According to the usage pattern of the refrigerator, the refrigerator is mainly used so that the use of the refrigerator in the day accounts for about 80% of the total use. Accordingly, the usage of the bottom freezer type refrigerator, which has a large capacity of the refrigerator compartment and a refrigerator compartment at the upper side, which is easy to store and withdraw foods, is steadily increasing.

The bottom freezer type refrigerator is provided with two doors for opening and closing the refrigerating compartment and one door for opening and closing the freezing compartment. A gasket is coupled to an inner bracket edge of the refrigerating compartment door, and a cover frame is installed to cover the gasket.

The cover frame is coupled to the door by inserting the hook provided in the cover frame into the coupling hole formed in the door bracket, and the cover frame may be misassembled by the user's carelessness when the cover frame is coupled.

If the cover frame is assembled incorrectly, there is a risk of breaking the hook, and if the hook is broken, the gasket may not be properly constrained, which may cause the door to open and close poorly.

An object of the present invention is to provide a refrigerator capable of preventing damage to the fastening hook due to misassembly when assembling the cover frame coupled to the door bracket, thereby improving the opening and closing failure of the door.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cabinet for forming an appearance and a refrigerator compartment and a freezer compartment; A plurality of doors installed at the front of the cabinet and having a door bracket having a coupling hole and a gasket coupled to an edge of the door bracket to seal the refrigerator compartment or the freezer compartment; And a plurality of fastening hooks coupled to the coupling holes, and including a cover frame coupled to the door bracket to cover the gasket, wherein the fastening hooks further include reinforcing ribs. The fastening hook is protruded outward from the cover frame, characterized in that it further comprises a hook body formed with an accommodation space therein.

The fastening hook is formed to extend outward from the end of the hook body, characterized in that it further comprises a hook portion formed to face away from each other.

The hook portion is characterized in that it further comprises a locking projection protruding in each of the outer end is held in the coupling hole.

The reinforcing rib is formed in the accommodation space of the hook body, characterized in that formed to be located between the spaced apart from the hook portion.

The reinforcing rib is characterized by consisting of a horizontal portion horizontal to the longitudinal direction of the cover frame, and a vertical portion perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cover frame.

The reinforcing rib is formed integrally with the hook body.

As described above, the refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention can prevent the breakage of the fastening hook due to misassembly when assembling the cover frame coupled to the door bracket by adding ribs between the fastening hooks. There is an effect of improving the misassembly and thus the opening and closing failure of the door.

Hereinafter, a bottom freezer type refrigerator according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, an embodiment of the present invention is not limited to a bottom freezer type refrigerator.

1 is a perspective view of a refrigerator according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating a refrigerator door according to FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is an enlarged perspective view of part A of FIG. 1. 4 is a perspective view illustrating a fastening hook and a coupling part according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is an enlarged perspective view of the coupling part according to FIG. 4.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the refrigerator of the present invention has a cabinet 1 having a large appearance and having a refrigerator compartment 20 and a freezer compartment therein, and a refrigerator compartment door 30 that opens and closes the refrigerator compartment 20. And a freezer compartment door 40 for opening and closing the freezer compartment.

The inner case 10 is coupled to the inside of the cabinet 1 to support the refrigerator 22 and various shelves 22 and storage drawers 24 in the freezer compartment. The door fixing part 12 is installed at an upper portion of the inner case 10 so that the refrigerating compartment door 30 is fixed in a state where the refrigerating compartment 20 is closed.

A door bracket 300 having various storage spaces is coupled to the inside of the refrigerating compartment door 30, and a gasket 400 is coupled between the door bracket 300 and the exterior of the refrigerating compartment door 30 to seal the coupling portion.

In addition, the cover frame 500 is coupled to the outer edge of the door bracket 300 so that the place where the gasket 400 is coupled is not exposed to the outside.

The door bracket 300 is inserted into the door fixing part 12 in the closed state of the refrigerating compartment door 30 to maintain the fixed state of the refrigerating compartment door 30, and the cover frame 500 is inserted therein. A plurality of coupling holes 320 are formed.

The fixing latch 310 is rotatably installed at the upper end side of the edge where the handle of the refrigerating compartment door 30 is located. The cover frame 500 is coupled to the lower side of the fixed latch 310 at a spaced interval so as not to interfere with the operation of the fixed latch 310.

The cover frame 500 is installed along the outer edge of the refrigerating compartment door 30 in which the gasket 400 is installed, and completely covers the gasket 400 so that the user cannot see the gasket 400 from the outside. Cover frame 500 is a fastening hook 510 is formed on the upper side and the lower side in the longitudinal direction, respectively.

The cover frame 500 is coupled to the door bracket 300 by the plurality of fastening hooks 510. Therefore, the fastening hook 510 is preferably formed corresponding to the position of the coupling hole 320 formed in the door bracket 300. The fastening hook 510 may be divided into various embodiments according to the shape of the reinforcing rib 516 to be described later.

As shown in FIG. 5, the fastening hook 510 according to the first embodiment of the present invention protrudes outward from an inner side surface of the cover frame 500. The fastening hook 510 includes a hook body 512 integrally formed on the cover frame 500, a hook portion 514 protruding from the hook body 512, and reinforcing ribs protruding from the inside of the hook body 512. 516.

The hook body 512 is injection molded integrally with the cover frame 500 and is formed in a hexahedron shape with an empty inside. Hook portions 514 are formed at left and right ends of the hook body 512, and reinforcing ribs 516 are formed inside the hook body 512.

The hook portion 514 extends along the same line from both sides of the hook body 512 and is inserted into the coupling hole 320 formed in the door bracket 300. The hooking jaws 514a are protruded to the outside of the hook portion 514 so that the hook portion 514 is not detached randomly in a state where the hook portion 514 is inserted into the coupling hole 320.

The reinforcing rib 516 is formed in an empty space inside the hook body 512 and protrudes toward the hook portion 514. The reinforcing rib 516 is integrally formed with the hook body 512 and is composed of a horizontal portion 516b and a vertical portion 516a.

The horizontal portion 516b is horizontal to the longitudinal direction of the cover frame 500, and the vertical portion 516a is formed to be perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cover frame 500. The horizontal portion 516b and the vertical portion 516a are perpendicular to each other, and in the first embodiment of the present invention, two horizontal portions 516b and one vertical portion 516a are combined.

The two horizontal portions 516b are spaced apart from each other and face each other, and the vertical portions 516a connect the horizontal portions 516b with each other. That is, the shape of the longitudinal section is approximately 'I' shape.

The reason why the reinforcing rib 516 is required is that when the cover frame 500 is coupled to the door bracket 300, the fastening hook 510 is inserted into the coupling hole 320. ) May be pinched at the edge (part B) of the door bracket 300 instead of the coupling hole 320.

Since the fastening hook 510 is a relatively small portion compared to the size of the cover frame 500, the fastening hook 510 may be damaged when the fastening hook 510 is caught in the B portion. In particular, in the case of the hook portion 514 extending from the hook body 512 is relatively weak to impact compared to the hook body 512, the connection between the hook portion 514 and the hook body 512 is easily damaged.

Since the cover frame 500 is coupled to the door bracket 300 by the fastening hook 510, when the fastening hook 510 is broken, the cover frame 500 may not be assembled at the correct position, and the opening and closing of the door may be poor. have.

If the refrigerating compartment door 30 is not properly closed, it may affect the sealing performance of the refrigerating compartment 20, and the maintenance cost of the refrigerator is increased because the cover frame 500 needs to be replaced due to breakage of the fastening hook 510. .

The reinforcement rib 516 is provided to prevent the misassembly of the cover frame 500 and the damage of the fastening hook 510.

When the fastening hook 510 having the reinforcing rib 516 is used, the reinforcing rib 516 is formed in the space between the hook bodies 512 of the fastening hook 510 even when the cover frame 500 is incorrectly assembled. The edge (part B) of 300 is not caught.

Therefore, it is possible to prevent breakage of the fastening hook 510, which may be caused by the fastening hook 510 being caught at the edge of the door bracket 300.

In addition, since the fastening hook 510 is not caught at the edge of the door bracket 300, the cover frame 500 is lifted from the fastening position, so that the user can know an incorrect assembly state of the cover frame 500. Accordingly, the fastening hook 510 may be inserted into the coupling hole 320 again to prevent misassembly of the cover frame 500.

Meanwhile, the reinforcing ribs of the fastening hook may be variously implemented as follows according to the shape of the horizontal portion and the vertical portion (a description of the configuration of the refrigerator according to the embodiment of the present invention and the configuration of the first embodiment will be omitted. ).

6 is an enlarged perspective view illustrating a fastening hook according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 6, the hook 510 ′ according to the second embodiment of the present invention has hook portions 514 ′ and a locking step 514 a ′ formed at both ends of the hook body 512 ′. The reinforcing rib 516 'is protruded in the inner space of the hook body 512'. The reinforcing rib 516 'is integrally formed with the hook body 512'.
