Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a non-ferrous metal cutting circular cutter for cutting aluminum or synthetic resin system, and more specifically, to provide a step cutting blade alternately alternately with the tips of the saw blades formed on the outer peripheral surface of the disc body. In particular, when cutting relatively soft materials such as nonferrous metals, such as aluminum, copper, and synthetic resins, the cutting feed rate is greater than the cutting speed of steel, resulting in a rougher cutting surface. Since the work time as well as the processing cost had to be increased, there was a problem.
The present invention has been researched and developed in order to solve the conventional closed ends and problems as described above, the object is to provide a stepped cutting blade that is cut only on one side of the tip of the saw blade formed on the outer peripheral surface of the disc body and this step cutting By alternately arranging blades alternately with neighboring tips, frictional resistance is reduced when cutting soft materials of nonferrous metals or synthetic resin systems, which enables high-speed cutting and precise cutting tolerances and smooth cutting surfaces.
