Abstract

본 고안은 종전에 랩을 컷팅하던 톱날줄에서 벗어나 컷팅 부분도 매끄러운 새로운 랩 컷팅이다.

Description

랩 지퍼 컷터 {lap zipper cutter}
인체에 무해한 금속과 플라스틱 그리고 칼날의 조립후 부착이다.
기존 랩에 부착하는 컷터이다.
오른쪽으로 한번 자르고 랩을 다시 뽑은 후 컷터를 왼쪽으로 옮기면 랩이 다시 잘린다.
아주 안전해 졌으나 역시 칼날 때문에 위험함이 있다.
[도면1-4]의 손잡이의 높이가 낮게하여 손가락이 들어가지 않게 하면 된다.
편리하고 안전하여 수출도 기대되는 상품이다.
인체에 무해한 스텐 종류의 [도면1-3]과 같은 줄안에 [도면1-4]와 같은 손잡이와 [도면1-2]와 같은 칼날을 끼우고 양쪽에 플라스틱지지대를 부착 후 랩상자에 부착시키면된다.
좌우로 이동하는 칼날이 달린 손잡이로 랩을 스텐홈이 파인 막대를 덥고 좌로 이동하면 랩이 잘리고 랩을 다시 뽑아 놓고 우로 손잡이를 이동시키면 또 잘린다.

Claims (1)

  1. 손잡이에 칼날을 달고 금속성 지지대에서 좌우로 움직이면서 랩을 잘라내는 단계이다.
    손잡이와 지지대사이에 공간을 좁혀 손가락이 들어가지 못하는 단계이다.
