Abstract

본 발명은 더욱 상세하게는 조명 시설이없는 간판 및 싸인물에 조명의
효과를 낼수 있도록 여러가지의 조명기구를 쉽게 조립 및 탈,부착하여
다양한 조명 효과를 낼수 있도록 고안된 알미늄 압출형재의 구조 및
설치구조의 관한것이다.

Description

간판 및 싸인물 조명등기구 설치용 알미늄 압출형재 {A/L frame}
본 발명은 부착형 조명설치에 용이한 알미늄 압출형재의 구조에 관한
것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 다양한 조명등기구를 매입 사용할수 있으며
조명시설이 없는 간판및 싸인물에 조명효과를 낼수 있도록한 형태의
알미늄 압출형재의 구조 및 조립 관한것이다.
일반적으로 간판은 우리의 생활에 많이 사용되고있으나,크게는 조명시설이
있는것과 없는것으로 나누어져있다. 조명시설이 없는 간판의 경우 조명
시설을 설치하고자 할 경우, 투광기 및 등기구를 노출로 설치하고있으며
전선의 노출로 누전,감전,화재에 위험하고 미관에도 좋지않으며
설치하는데 어려움이 많다.
본 발명은 조명시설이 없는 간판 및 싸인물등에 간접조명 및
직접조명을 설치하고자 하는곳에 다양한 등기구를 사용할수 있도록
제공함에 그목적이있다,
따라서, 본 발명은 상기 문제를 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로서,
간판 및 싸인물등의 조명의 효과를 주기위해서 알미늄 형재의
내부에 다양한 등기구 및 램프를 매입 조립하고, 광학산 아크릴에
필요한 점착시트 색상을 붙이면 점착시트의 색상을 빛으로 투과하여
나타내며,다른 방법으로는 철판류 및 기타 판재류를 절단 가공한 후
등기구(LED,할로겐,투광기등)를 원하는 부위에 홈을파서 매입
조립하고 알미늄 압출형재 홈에 끼워넣고 나사 못으로 고정한후
지지대(거치대)를 이용하여 조명의효과를 나타내고자 하는 부위
상단에 설치하면 된다.
이상에서와 같은 본 발명은 실제 조명시설이 없는 간판및 싸인물에
적용하게 되면 종전에 사용되고있는 투광기및 등기구는 빛의 색갈이
단순하나,본 발명은 다양한 칼라의 빛을 낼수있으며 여러가지의
등기구 사용할수있고 알미늄 압출형재 구조이기 때문에 손쉽게
필요한 크기로 절단하여 등기구 조립 및 설치가 용이하다.
본 발명의 구성은 도1처럼 도시된 바와같이, 알미늄 형재와
아크릴,판재류, 등기구의 결합된 구조의 구체적인 구성을개진한다,
즉, 간접 조명을 표출 할 경우 알미늄 형재(1)를 원하는 크기로
절단하고 내부홈(3)에 전기선을 매입한후 램프를 조립 설치한
다음 아크릴(5)을 알미늄 형재 홈(2)에 끼워넣고 나사 못(7)으로
고정시킨후 거치대(9)로 간판(10)및 설치하고자 하는 위치에
설치하면된다,또 빛의 칼라를 변경하고 싶은경우
아크릴(5) 한쪽면에 원하는 색상의 점착시트(6)를 붙여서
홈(2)에 끼워 넣는다, 또 다른 방식으로는 직접조명 방식으로
철판,판재류(11)를 홈(2)에 맞게 절단 가공후 조명장치(LED.할로겐,
일반 매입등기구)를 판재류(11)에 홈을 파서 등기구를 매입조립
설치하고, 알미늄 형재 홈(2)에 끼워넣고 나사 못으로 고정하고
거치대(9)을 이용하여 간판(10)및 설치하고자 하는 위치에
설치하면 된다,
도면1 처럼 필요한 판재를 가공 후 등기구를 조립하고 배선하여
판재를 알미늄형재 홈에 끼워넣고 나사 못으로 고정한 다음
설치 하고져 하는 위치에 거치대를 이용하여 설치하면된다.
