The present invention relates to a hemostatic device, which can improve the problems of the method of hemostasis by the existing operator's hand or other methods and post-hemostasis management in hemostasis after radial artery puncture for angiography diagnosis and interventional treatment. A hemostatic device, comprising: first and second handle grips formed at the rear end of two first and second handles to hold blood vessels, such as radial arteries or veins, to bring the first and second handles closer together. A hinge portion which is cross-centered so as to be rotatably coupled to each other, a pressing member joined to the inner side of the front end of the first and second handles, and protrudes to face the front inner side of the first and second handle grippers. With a structure including a compression control member, the clamp-type radial artery hemostatic device provides simple, effective and safe hemostasis. In addition to the traditional method of applying pressure on the entire wrist by a band-aid, it effectively compresses only the puncture site to ensure the opening of the artery to the hand and the vein coming from the hand to the heart, thereby preventing blood flow. This prevents complications that can occur during maintenance of hemostasis.
Description
The present invention relates to a hemostatic device, in particular, to improve the problem of the method of hemostasis and the post-hemostatic management method by the existing operator's hand or other method in the hemostasis after radial artery puncture for angiographic diagnosis and interventional treatment. It is about a hemostatic device.
In general, the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease uses a method of drilling a hole of about 1.5 to 3 mm in the femoral artery and inserting a catheter.
However, when access to the femoral artery is blocked, when hemostasis is expected after a femoral puncture, or when the procedure is performed on the same day of the hospital. The radial artery is punctured and angiography or various intravascular procedures are performed through the radial artery.
In addition to the interventional procedures in the cardiac field, the use of the cardiovascular system for diagnosis and treatment is increasing.
The advantage after the procedure to the radial artery is that the femoral artery approach, which requires prohibition of upper and lower body movements for 3 to 6 hours, is relatively easy to hemostasis without significant limitations on the patient's activity.
The radial artery is located very shallowly, making pulse palpation easier and easier to compress. However, safe hemostasis requires at least one to two hours of pressure, without bleeding, tingling and pain at the puncture site. There was a technical difficulty in maintaining pressure alone.
Currently, hemostasis method in Korea is mainly used to wrap the wrist around the puncture hole by using the finger of the operator to make the gauze thick or by using a small glass bottle, and wrap it with a bandage on it. It became.
In this case, in order to prevent pain and numbness of the hand, it is important to effectively compress the blood vessel hole in a range that does not completely block the blood flow of the ulnar artery or radial artery to the hand. In particular, during the two to three hours of maintaining hemostasis, there should be no compression of the veins that go up and down the wrist to the heart.
In addition, it is important to design a form that can sustain the hemostatic action stably so that the gauze or other substance pressing the blood vessel hole during the hemostasis maintenance does not move to another place by the movement of the wrist.
However, such a conventional band-aid or hemostatic method by the operator's hand includes drawbacks such as complications during maintenance of hemostasis by obstructing blood flow by closing the arteries going to the hand and the veins coming from the hand to the heart. Doing.
In other words, the conventional hemostatic method does not guarantee the opening of arteries or veins during the maintenance of hemostasis due to the pressure of the band-aid wound around the wrist, which leads to damage of blood vessels, resulting in pain such as hand pain and swelling of the hand. There are drawbacks such as:
The present invention is to solve such a conventional problem, the radial artery hemostatic device in the form of a clamp (clamp) is the main technical problem to provide a simple, effective and safe hemostasis.
