Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a clip that is a means for fastening and coupling between parts and parts, and more particularly reused and reassembled by resolving the fact that reuse and reassembly by deformation and scratching were not possible due to the way in which the clips are fastened. It is related with the possible clip part for joining parts.
In general, there are many ways to assemble a number of parts manufactured separately from each other. The parts can be fastened by bolting, soldering, using adhesives, or by attaching various other means between the parts.
In particular, in the case of using a clip, there is an advantage of easy assembly. In other words, when the clip is used, the parts can be fastened to each other with a single operation. When joining parts and parts together, bolting or soldering can be a hassle to rotate or solder the bolts. However, when using a clip, a part can be fastened by inserting a clip between parts. can do. In addition, the clip can be fastened only by the operation of a person or a machine without using separate devices. That is, in the case of fastening the bolt, a separate mechanism for rotating the bolt and a soldering mechanism are required in the case of soldering, but in the case of the clip, a separate mechanism is not necessary because it is simply inserted.
In addition, when manufacturing a clip, various materials can be used. In particular, metals and plastic materials are used a lot, and metals and plastics have differences in use. Since metals are stronger than plastics, metals are less likely to change after assembly, while plastics are easily deformed. However, their differences constitute each other's strengths and weaknesses. Plastic material is advantageous when reusability is required after joining certain parts, but on the contrary, metal clips are more advantageous in order to improve bonding force rather than reuse after fastening. Particularly, in the case of plastic clips, the deformation of the clip does not occur well after removal even after the joining and removal thereof, and thus can be reused.
The structure of the clip used conventionally is as follows. Referring to Fig. 1, the clip fastening method in the case where the
In the case of using a conventional clip, for example, when the parts forming the panel of the vehicle and the parts are connected to each other, the main part has a fastening part and the groove of the sub part, so that when the parts are assembled, the fastening part of the main part is It is forcibly fastened to the fastening part which protrudes after inserting into a groove. In other words, when the fastening part existing in the clip is formed in the shape of teeth, the coupling force between the sub part and the clip may increase, but after removal, scratches occur in the fastening part of the main part and the tooth shape of the clip is deformed and cannot be reused. Done. Therefore, after removing the clip in the case of misassembly or the like, there is a problem that it is impossible to reuse the clip, and even if the clip is reused, the clamping force is substantially reduced, and scratches are generated on the sub-parts, and thus the sub-parts cannot be used. In addition, in the special case that can be assembled and manufactured between parts only by repeating the fastening process, such a fastening method can not be used. Therefore, the clip of the forced tightening method is a situation that the use problem exists.
Therefore, the present invention has been invented in view of the above, and due to the conventional metal clip of the forced fastening method, reassembly is impossible during misassembly, and scratches are generated in the fastening part during forced removal, and the teeth of the clip are deformed. The purpose is to solve the problem that the reuse is difficult and the tightening force is reduced.

In the case of the
Figure 3 is an embodiment of a
