Abstract

PURPOSE: A rear floor coupling structure of a vehicle is provided to reduce the injury by improving the performance coping with rear collision and improving the distortion strength by forming the closed cross section at a rear end member of the lower part of a rear floor and to simplify the structure by manufacturing the combination rear floor so that a rear floor and the end of a rear cross member are connected. CONSTITUTION: In a rear floor coupling structure of a vehicle, a rear floor(12) is attached to a back panel(20) by welding. Both sides of the rear floor are put on a side member to be supported. A rear cross member(14) is arranged near the side member to support the rear side of the rear floor. A combination rear floor(10) is formed at one time by using a press mold so that the rear floor and the end of the rear cross member are connected. The connection of the combination rear floor is formed to be rounded and a rear end member(30) is formed in the lower part. The closed cross section is formed by attaching the rear end member to the lower part of the back panel and the combination rear floor.
