Claims (5)
- 수동변속기의 동기장치에 있어서,메인샤프트가 중심부를 관통하고 상기 메인샤프트에 고정 장착된 허브;상기 허브의 외주면에 스플라인 결합되어 축 방향으로 이동가능한 슬리브;상기 슬리브와 인접하게 배치되는 아우터링;상기 메인샤프트가 중심을 관통하여 설치되고, 상기 메인샤프트에 대해서 슬라이딩 회전 가능하도록 상기 주축에 결합되는 스피드기어; 및상기 스피드 기어의 일측면에 부착되고 상기 아우터링과 인접해서 배치되어 상기 아우터링의 회전력을 상기 스피드기어에 전달하는 클러치기어;를 포함하고,상기 메인샤프트의 길이방향으로 서로 마주하는 상기 아우터링의 제1면과 상기 클러치기어의 제2면 중 한 면에 나사산이 형성된 수동변속기의 동기장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 나사산은 상기 아우터링의 상기 제1면에 형성되는 수동변속기의 동기장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 제1면은 상기 메인샤프트와 수직한 방향으로 형성되고, 상기 제1면과 마주하는 상기 클러치기어의 상기 제2면은 상기 제1면과 수평하게 형성되는 수동변속기의 동기장치.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 아우터링이 상기 클러치기어 방향으로 움직일 때, 상기 클러치기어의 상기 제2면이 상기 나사산의 단부에 밀착되어 상기 아우터링을 지지하는 수동변속기의 동기장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 나사산은 상기 아우터링의 회전방향으로 연속적으로 형성되거나, 상기 나사산은 상기 아우터링의 회전방향으로 간격을 두고 형성되는 수동변속기의 동기장치.
