PURPOSE: A method for preparing a mineral-enriched horse bone extract is provided to blend medicinal herbs with mineral water or underground water in a rock mass for use in medicine, cosmetics, or health supplementary food. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a mineral-enriched horse bone extract comprises the following steps of: mixing horse bone and mineral water or underground water in a rock mass at a ratio of 1 to 1-30 by volume, and heating at 200°C for 1-30 hours to obtain an extract; concentrating the extract in vacuum for 1-50 hours to obtain a concentrate; and adding herb medicine components to the concentrate, drying them at 10-200°C for 1-30 hours, and grinding them. 실험결과, 표 2에서 나타내는 바와 같이 일반 물에는 바나듐이 거의 포함하지 않은 반면, 천연암반수에는 일반 물에 비하여 무려 600배 이상이 함유되어 있으며, 또한 삼다수는 일반 물에 비하여 50 내지 70배를 함유하고 있음을 확인하였다. 그외에도 일반 물에 비하여 천연암반수 또는 삼다수에는 바나듐 이외에 풍부한 미네랄이 함유되어 있음을 확인하였다.
