A center guide member(170) is movably arranged in an outer circumference of the coupling tube. The center guide member matches a center of the disc and a center of the rotary shaft. An elastic member is arranged between the turn-table and the center guide member. The elastic member elastically supports the center guide member into a shaft direction and a radius direction of the rotary shaft.
