Abstract

A maxillar window widening drill is provided, which enables to safely broaden the maxillary sinus hole bone and to exfoliate mucous membrane at the same time. A maxillar window widening drill comprises: a drill broadening the bone of the maxillary sinus access window(5) while safely isolating the maxillary sinus mucous membrane(6) after punching the maxillary sinus side bone(4); an abrasive face(1) of the disk or the spherical shape for peeling the maxillary sinus mucous membrane; a deletion face(2) of the reel or cylinder shape in which the deletion face consisting of the deletion diamond surface is placed on the surface; and a handpiece connection part(3).
