The band adjusting part adjusts the size of the head fixing band. The auxiliary pad part has hook parts(20) formed on both sides thereof such that the hook parts are fixedly inserted into inlets and outlets of the band adjusting band and head fixing band. The hook parts are formed in an S character shape and have both hooks(20-1) and a single hook(20-2) formed on one side thereof. The auxiliary pad part have vane parts(70) formed on the back side thereof, and the vane parts have mounting holes(70-1) formed therein such that the hook parts are mounted on the vane parts through the mounting holes.
