Claims (10)
- 복수의 움직임 벡터들을 생성하고, 비디오 스트림을 독립 비디오 레이어 스트림 및 제1 종속 비디오 레이어 스트림으로 인코딩하는 비디오 인코더를 포함하며,상기 독립 비디오 레이어 스트림은 상기 복수의 움직임 벡터들에 상응하는 복수의 제1 움직임 벡터 데이터를 포함하며, 상기 복수의 제1 움직임 벡터 데이터는 상기 복수의 움직임 벡터들 각각의 복수의 최상위 비트들을 나타내고,상기 제1 종속 비디오 레이어 스트림은 상기 복수의 움직임 벡터들에 상응하는 복수의 제2 움직임 벡터 데이터를 포함하며, 상기 복수의 제2 움직임 벡터 데이터는 상기 복수의 움직임 벡터들 각각의 복수의 최하위 비트들을 나타내고,상기 제1 종속 비디오 레이어 스트림은 상기 복수의 제1 움직임 벡터 데이터를 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 비디오 프로세싱 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 복수의 제1 움직임 벡터 데이터는 상기 복수의 움직임 벡터들 각각에 대한 정수 부분을 포함하고, 상기 복수의 제2 움직임 벡터 데이터는 상기 복수의 움직임 벡터들 각각에 대한 소수 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비디오 프로세싱 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1 종속 비디오 레이어 스트림의 디코딩은 상기 독립 비디오 레이어 스트림으로부터 제공되는 데이터에 의존적인 것을 특징으로 하는 비디오 프로세싱 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 비디오 인코더는 상기 비디오 스트림을 제2 종속 비디오 레이어 스트림으로 추가적으로 인코딩하고,상기 제2 종속 비디오 레이어 스트림은 상기 복수의 움직임 벡터들에 상응하는 복수의 제3 움직임 벡터 데이터를 포함하며,상기 제2 종속 비디오 레이어 스트림은 상기 복수의 제1 움직임 벡터 데이터를 포함하지 않고, 또한 상기 복수의 제2 움직임 벡터 데이터를 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 비디오 프로세싱 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,제1 동작 모드에서는 상기 독립 비디오 레이어 스트림 및 상기 제1 종속 비디오 레이어 스트림을 수신하고, 상기 독립 비디오 레이어 스트림과 상기 제1 종속 비디오 레이어 스트림을 동기화하여 동기화된 스트림을 형성하고, 상기 동기화된 스트림을 기초로, 재구성된 비디오 신호를 생성하도록 연결된 비디오 디코더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비디오 프로세싱 시스템.
- 비디오 스트림을 독립 비디오 레이어 스트림과 제1 종속 비디오 레이어 스트림으로 인코딩하는 비디오 인코더를 포함하고,상기 독립 비디오 레이어 스트림은 복수의 흑백 계조 데이터를 포함하며,상기 제1 종속 비디오 레이어 스트림은 복수의 색채 데이터를 포함하고,상기 제1 종속 비디오 레이어 스트림은 상기 복수의 흑백 계조 데이터를 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 비디오 프로세싱 시스템.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 독립 비디오 레이어 스트림은 상기 복수의 색채 데이터를 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 비디오 프로세싱 시스템.
- 비디오 스트림을 독립 비디오 레이어 스트림 및 제1 종속 비디오 레이어 스트림으로 인코딩하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 독립 비디오 레이어 스트림은 상기 복수의 움직임 벡터들에 상응하는 복수의 제1 움직임 벡터 데이터를 포함하며, 상기 복수의 제1 움직임 벡터 데이터는 상기 복수의 움직임 벡터들 각각의 복수의 최상위 비트들을 나타내고,상기 제1 종속 비디오 레이어 스트림은 상기 복수의 움직임 벡터들에 상응하는 복수의 제2 움직임 벡터 데이터를 포함하며, 상기 복수의 제2 움직임 벡터 데이터는 상기 복수의 움직임 벡터들 각각의 복수의 최하위 비트들을 나타내고,상기 제1 종속 비디오 레이어 스트림은 상기 복수의 제1 움직임 벡터 데이터를 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 비디오 프로세싱 방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 복수의 제1 움직임 벡터 데이터는 상기 복수의 움 직임 벡터들 각각에 대한 정수 부분을 포함하고, 상기 복수의 제2 움직임 벡터 데이터는 상기 복수의 움직임 벡터들 각각에 대한 소수 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비디오 프로세싱 방법.
