Description
The present invention relates to a cover plate for an illumination device, and more particularly, applied to an advertisement device such as an advertisement board, an illumination lamp for illuminating an interior, or an interior illumination device, and evenly spreads the light emitted from the light source over all parts. In addition, the present invention relates to a cover plate for an illumination device that can emit light having high light transmittance and high brightness even if the thickness thereof is increased.
Recently, various advertisement devices such as advertisements, billboards, self-emitting advertisement devices, etc., are used for product advertisements or business advertisements of various companies. These advertising devices use a variety of pictures, phrases, photographs, drawings, etc. to increase the visibility of information to buyers, especially those that use lighting devices to properly deliver the desired information at night or low light. Typically, advertising devices using such lighting devices are transparent or translucent light transmissive, which emits light from a light source such as a fluorescent lamp or a light emitting diode (LED) and emits the light to the outside while concealing the light source from the outside. A cover plate of material is provided. The cover plate may be attached to a thin film engraved with a picture or phrase for advertising on the surface thereof, or may have a shape such as a specific letter or picture itself.

The cover plate used in such a conventional lighting device is manufactured in such a way that most of the inorganic particles, polymer fine particles partially crosslinked with styrene or acrylic polymer particles and the like are added.
However, the conventional cover plate has a problem that the weight is excessively high due to the specific gravity, and the cost is high. In addition, the conventional cover plate is excellent in the light diffusion, but the light transmittance is low, there is a problem that the overall luminance characteristics are low.
In this regard, the present applicant includes bubbles in a diffuser plate of a lighting device that functions as a cover plate, so that light emitted from a light source is scattered and refracted by the bubbles, thereby increasing light diffusivity while minimizing a decrease in light transmittance. Has developed a lighting device (Registration No. 10-0755010; registered on August 28, 2007).
However, since the diffusion plate (hereinafter, the cover plate) of the conventional lighting apparatus as described above contains bubbles, there is a phenomenon in which the diffusivity is remarkably increased but the light transmittance is lowered compared to the transparent state in which nothing is contained therein.
Therefore, when the size of the advertisement device is increased and the thickness of the cover plate is increased, the number of bubbles increases in proportion to the thickness, and the light transmittance is reduced by that, resulting in a problem that the illuminance (lux) is lowered.
That is, the cover plate including the conventional bubble has a problem that the light transmittance decreases proportionally as the thickness increases.
The present invention is to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a cover plate for an illumination device that can provide a high brightness light by minimizing the decrease in light transmittance even if the thickness increases.
The present invention for achieving the above object, in the cover plate for an illumination device disposed outside the light source of the illumination device to emit light emitted from the light source to the outside, there are a myriad of bubbles for scattering light therein Provided is a cover plate for a lighting device, characterized in that it comprises a bubble layer of a predetermined thickness and a light transmitting layer of a predetermined thickness formed integrally without an interface on one surface of the bubble layer, the bubble is not formed therein. .
According to the present invention, since the light incident to the inside of the cover plate passes through the transparent light transmitting layer as it is and then diffuses while passing through the bubble layer and exits to the outside, even if the thickness of the cover plate increases, the light transmittance does not decrease. Light diffusivity can be increased. Therefore, even if the cover plate is enlarged and its thickness is increased, it is possible to provide high luminance light while minimizing the decrease in the light transmittance.

For reference, the lighting device cover plate of the present invention exemplified below has a flat rectangular plate shape, but the lighting device cover plate of the present invention is a spherical, cylindrical, polyhedron or the like. It may have various forms according to its characteristics.
