Abstract

A forcible circulation and replenishment cooling device of electrolyte is provided to improve the limited life time and limited capacity of battery and to lengthen the lifetime of battery by forcibly filling the electrolyte with a forced circulation type. A forcible circulation and replenishment cooling device of electrolyte comprises a battery(1), circulation pipes(2), electrolyte tank(3), and circulation pump(4). The circulation pump supplies the electrolyte within an electrolyte tank to an electrolyte inlet through a recycling pipe and forcibly circulates excess electrolyte from an electrolyte outlet to the electrolyte tank through the recycling pipe.

Description

배터리 전해액 강제순환 보충 냉각 장치{omitted}Battery electrolyte forced replenishment chiller {omitted}

(1) battery

(2) circulating pipe

(3) electrolyte tank

(4) circulating pump

The circulation pump is a forced circulation electrolyte replenishment cooling system in which the whole solution of the tank is replenished to the battery through the pipe and the electrolyte is circulated to the tank by the pipe in which the electrolyte flows over the battery.

Conventional batteries did not require long-term use for start-up, but if the battery is used for a long time, the electrolyte must be replenished, thus eliminating the inconvenience of changing the electrolyte by having an electrolyte tank.

If a battery is used, the electrolyte is charged and used as a recharge or replenishment during discharge or lack of electrolyte.

Battery electrolyte can be used continuously for 40 ~ 1 hours, so the battery can not be used for a long time, but the battery electrolyte that can be used for a long time when the tank is filled with electrolyte and filled with electrolyte and forced circulation of the electrolyte with the circulation pump It is the invention of forced circulation supplemental cooling device.

The battery electrolyte is stored in the tank to force circulation of the battery electrolyte with the motor pump and pipes to supplement the consumption of the battery electrolyte and to cool the temperature of the electrolyte. It is the invention of forced circulation supplemental cooling device to extend the

It has the effect of increasing the battery's limited capacity and limited use time several times. It is a good invention to prolong the battery life by forcibly replenishing the electrolyte in the tank with the battery.

Claims (1)
