Description
Claims (6)
- 치료용 레이저장치에 있어서,레이저 펄스를 생성하는 레이저 펄스 발생기;상기 레이저 펄스 발생기로부터 발생된 레이저 펄스를 전달하는 광에너지 전달체;상기 광에너지 전달체의 일단부에 장착되어 레이저 펄스를 치료대상부위에 접촉하여 조사하는 핸드피스;상기 핸드피스의 끝단에 장착되어 피부를 냉각시켜주는 냉각장치; 및상기 레이저 펄스 발생기로부터 발생된 레이저 펄스를 외부 입력에 따라 그 펄스 폭 및 에너지를 조절하고, 상기 냉각장치를 통해 피부냉각온도를 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 냉각장치에 의해 피부를 일정한 온도로 냉각시킨 후, 상기 레이저 펄스 발생기로부터 발생된 복수의 레이저 펄스를 특정 간격으로 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펄스열을 이용한 치료용 레이저장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 레이저 펄스 발생기로부터 발생되는 레이저 펄스의 파장은 1400 ~ 1600nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 펄스열을 이용한 치료용 레이저장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 레이저 펄스 발생기로부터 발생되는 레이저 펄스의 펄스폭은 50 ~ 300ms인 것을 특징으로 하는 펄스열을 이용한 치료용 레이저장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 레이저 펄스 발생기로부터 발생되는 레이저 펄스와 펄스 사이의 간격은 50 ~ 300nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 펄스열을 이용한 치료용 레이저장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 핸드피스를 통해 조사되는 스팟 사이즈의 직경은 5 ~ 15mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 펄스열을 이용한 치료용 레이저장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 냉각장치를 통해 냉각되는 피부의 냉각온도는 3 ~ 6℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 펄스열을 이용한 치료용 레이저장치.
