Abstract
Description
The present invention is a closed container in which the deodorant is installed in the gas discharge passage of the lid, when the pressure inside the container is increased by opening and closing the valve means having a simple structure automatically opens and closes the lid smoothly as well as the distribution process or microwave It relates to a food packaging container to maintain a constant internal pressure of the sealed container even when the lid is not opened when cooking.
In general, the packaging food container should be able to maintain the airtightness that the liquid contents do not leak to the outside, and breathability should be given according to the nature of the food packaged. In other words, in the case of fermented foods such as kimchi and lactic acid, which produce gas as the fermentation proceeds, the internal pressure of the container increases during distribution. If not, the contents will pop up when the lid is opened. In addition, in the case of a retort food using a microwave when cooking, there is a problem that the contents of the container pop out due to an increase in pressure inside the container if the lid is not opened before being put into the microwave.
In view of the above, the present applicant has been concerned that the gas discharge passage is opened when the pressure inside the container rises to the packaging container for the fermented food, and the fermentation gas can be discharged to the outside while the odor is removed in the course of passing the deodorant. The invention has been proposed as Korean Patent No. 354171.
However, the above-described invention has a structure in which the discharge passage is opened when the pressure between the label member and the cap falls due to an increase in the pressure inside the container, so that once the gas is discharged through the discharge passage, the discharge passage is opened. In order to bond the circumference of the lid to the container by thermal fusion or ultrasonic fusion, the buyer opened the container and caused a problem such that the sealed state could not be maintained.
In addition, with the recent development of injection technology, it is possible to seal a container by a sealing part protruding to the lower part of the lid, but when the sealing part is coupled to the container, the internal pressure increases, thereby discharging air or inert gas in the container to the outside. Grooves should be provided in the sealing part, and some of the liquid contents were discharged to the outside through the grooves.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is a food packaging container having a simple valve means that can be automatically closed according to the internal pressure of the container in the discharge passage provided with a deodorant and sealed by the way the container and the lid is fitted When the lid is closed by the valve means serves to discharge the air inside the container to the outside to allow the lid to close smoothly and at the same time the internal pressure of the container is increased, even after the gas is discharged through the valve means It is to provide a food packaging container capable of continuously adjusting the pressure.
An object of the present invention is a container body formed with a receiving portion for receiving food; A sealing part inserted into the upper circumference of the container body to seal the receiving part of the container body so as to protrude downward, and an upper surface of the lid having a distribution part and an installation groove connected to the outside by a discharge passage; An elastic member for opening and closing formed in the distribution part and having a Y-shaped cutout portion in which an internal pressure of the container body is applied; Deodorant installed in the installation groove; It is achieved by a food packaging container consisting of; a label member attached to the upper surface of the lid is attached so that the distribution portion and the installation groove is connected only to the discharge passage.
The present invention is a food packaging container provided on the discharge passage formed by the deodorant and the lid and the label member, the container body is closed by a closed portion protruding to the lower portion of the lid to close the lid or a container closed by the lid When the internal pressure of the main body increases, the cutout of the opening / closing elastic member opens to discharge the gas to the outside through the discharge passage and when the internal pressure of the main body of the container falls below a certain value, the discharge passage is blocked by its own elastic force. Is sealed by the method of fitting with the sealing part of the lid, and the internal pressure of the sealed container body can be kept constant so that the fermented food or the retorto food can be safely and conveniently distributed. There is a useful invention.
