Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a water purifying device having an electrolytic sterilization function, and to suppress the propagation of bacteria generated in the storage tank of the water purifying device by using the water purifying device having the storage tank without using the water for a long time or without cleaning for a long time. The present invention relates to a water purifying device having an electrolytic sterilization function, which is capable of being always sanitized and extracted and used as needed by sterilization.
As environmental and hygiene issues are increasingly recognized in recent years, as a result of the occurrence of bacteria in the post-checking process of water purification equipment used by many people, it is a social issue and there is no urgent need for countermeasures or clear alternatives. At the present time, there is a need for a water purification device having a function of suppressing bacterial propagation and removing the generated environment.
In general, a condition for breeding bacteria in a water purifying device having a storage tank is a high temperature part and an upper space part in which water and outside air inside the storage tank, which are areas in contact with the atmosphere, are introduced and contacted. Especially in the case of water purifiers in which hot water tanks are directly piped under the storage tanks, bacteria propagation is further accelerated.
As a countermeasure, a sterilization device usually installed in a water purification device has a temporary sterilization effect by attaching a device such as a U / V sterilization lamp between a pipe flowing into a storage tank or an outlet pipe connected to a water tap from a storage tank. However, the sterilization ability in the continuously flowing water is lowered, and in particular, it did not function to fundamentally suppress or eliminate bacterial growth occurring inside the storage tank.
Generally, sterilization methods applicable to water purification equipment include UV sterilization and ozone sterilization, but UV sterilization has poor sterilization ability. Ozone sterilization has excellent sterilization ability but is not suitable for drinking. There were many problems to use.
In particular, in order to have perfect sterilization function in water purifier, the performance of sterilization itself should be excellent and suitable for drinking, and it is important to configure and control the system that can perform the original function well while the device is running or stopped. It is a technical challenge.
Therefore, in the present invention, in the water purifying device having a storage tank, even if it is not used for a long time or the washing is not frequently performed, it is possible to suppress the bacterial growth that occurs in the water in the storage tank and to remove the electrolysis so that the clean water can always be used. It is to provide a water purifying device of sterilization function.
In electrolytic sterilization, when electric power is supplied to electrolytic sterilizers equipped with + and-poles, an electric field is formed between two electrodes, microbubbles are generated and ionized, and water molecules are decomposed to generate various sterilizers and oxidants.
The reaction product and the production process are as follows.
When water is electrolyzed, H and O are separated by electrolysis, and O and O 2 are finally combined to form O 3 (Equation 1).
H2O → H+ + (OH)ㆍ + e- H 2 O → H + + ( OH) + and e -
(OH)ㆍ → (O)ㆍ + H + e- (OH)-(O) - + H + e-
2(OH)ㆍ → O2 + 2H+ + 2e- 2 (OH) and → O 2 + 2H + + 2e -
2(O) → O2 2 (O) → O 2
(O)ㆍ + O2 → O3 ------- (식1)(O) + O 2 → O 3 ------- (Equation 1)
In this process, the O 2 is generated in the direct path (Equation 2) and hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2) to the coupling (equation 3) of the OH radical of the intermediate produced by the ozone decomposition.
O2 + e- → O2 ㆍ O 2 + e - → O 2 and
O2 + 2H+ + 2e- → H2O2 ------- (식2) O 2 + 2H + + 2e - → H 2 O 2 ------- ( Equation 2)
OHㆍ + OHㆍ → H2O2 ------- (식3)OH. + OH. → H 2 O 2 ------- (Formula 3)
In addition, Cl − ions present in water are combined with Cl 2 and react with H 2 O to generate hypochlorite (HOCl) (Equation 4).
2Cl- → Cl2 + 2e- 2Cl - → Cl 2 + 2e -
2H2O + 2e- → H2 + 2OH- 2H 2 O + 2e - → H 2 + 2OH -
Cl2 + H2O → HOCl + H+ + Cl- ------- (식4) Cl 2 + H 2 O → HOCl + H + + Cl - ------- ( Equation 4)
It is also impossible to measure because it is generated and disappears instantaneously, but when ozone is present in water, it reacts with OH - or HO 2 - as a base of hydrogen peroxide to form a radical chain cycle to finally generate OH radicals. do.
O3 + OH- → Radical Chain reaction → OHㆍ O 3 + OH - → Radical Chain reaction → OH and
O3 + HO2 - (H2O2의 염기결합) → Radical Chain reaction → OHㆍO 3 + HO 2 - (nucleotide binding of H 2 O 2) → Radical Chain reaction → OH and
O is formed through the reaction generation process as described above -, OH -, O 3, HOCl, H 2 O 2 Sterilization and oxidizing agents are generated, microorganisms and microorganisms present in the water are inactivated or removed by the produced oxidants, microorganisms are electrosorbed, microorganisms are removed by reaction with e-.
The water purifying device having the electrolytic sterilization function of the present invention is a water purifying device having a storage tank as a technical means for achieving the object, so that the electrolytic sterilizer, the pressure pump, and the injection nozzle have one connection flow path outside the storage tank. According to the application command of the PCB to control this, the sterilizing water is circulated periodically in accordance with the stop time and the operating time set in consideration of the flow rate and the target sterilizing power of the storage tank.
In particular, the injection nozzle is attached to the upper lid of the storage tank is further configured to have an injection angle of 45-180 degrees so that the sterilization water is uniformly and widely sprayed. In addition, the upper lid and the lower body is configured separately, so that the lid is easily separated from the upper structure is composed of a plurality of holes for the inflow and uniform flow of water, and a predetermined space is formed between the upper lid and the lower body is charcoal or The technical features of the configuration relationship further includes a functional separator configured to insert a functional material such as carbon.
The water purification device equipped with the electrolytic sterilization function of the present invention, by periodically periodically sterilizing and storing the water in the storage tank which is the biggest problem such as bacteria generated in the water purification device, the user can safely use the water hygienically Do. In addition, it is possible to easily attach the electrolytic sterilizer to the conventional general water purification device as needed to have the same effect even at a low price.
In the device configuration of the present invention, as in the water purification device having the electrolytic sterilization function of FIG. 1, raw water 1, such as tap water, is first stored through a
At this time, the storage tank has a pressurized
When the user uses water, the inflow water flows as the water in the
The water in the
Sterilization is operated for a predetermined time in consideration of the storage capacity and the inflow time of the storage tank (5) It is preferable to sterilize about 10% of the amount of water stored. At this time, the total flow rate is not sterilized in order to prevent taste deterioration into drinking water in advance due to the smell of substances such as ozone and differential combustion acid generated by electrolysis immediately after sterilization.
If the raw water is introduced into the storage tank (5) or do not use for a long time to perform a set sterilization function periodically, it is preferable to sterilize about 1-5 minutes per hour. The flow of sterilizing water is transferred from the storage tank to the pressurized pump (61), from the pressurized pump to the electrolytic sterilizer (62), from the electrolytic sterilizer to the storage tank (63), and into the storage tank. It is important to move 64 from the top of the storage tank to the bottom via the adsorption material of this functional separator, so that it has a repetitive circulating flow structure.
The reason why the sterilized water is injected by inflow is that the water inside the storage tank and the water and the air inside the storage tank come into contact with water when the water in the

The functional separator has a structure in which the
The lower plate of the functional separator plate body is composed of a
In addition, the functional material may use the material of the

When the power is applied and the device is ready (71), the preset holding time is checked (72), and if the target holding time is not reached, the electrolytic sterilizer does not start, and if the setting holding time is reached, the user is using it. If the user is in use, the operation of the electrolytic sterilizer is stopped. If not, the electrolytic sterilizer is operated according to the operation command (74), and the electrolytic sterilizer for the operation set time (75). Is started, and when it reaches the target time, it stops (76) to have a configuration for cyclical operation.
In order to confirm the bactericidal effect, an antibacterial test of the electrolytic sterilized water was performed, and the results are shown in Table 1 and FIG. 4. Table 1 shows the results of the antibacterial test analysis of the electrolytic sterilization water treatment device, Figure 4 is a photograph of the antibacterial test results of the electrolytic sterilization treatment water.
The test method is filled with 8 liters of sterile water sterilized with general application water in the sump, and then four kinds of strains as shown in Table 1 are calibrated to 1-9X10 3 CFU / mL in each sump. Each canister is connected to an electrolytic sterilization water purifier to make sterilized water at a constant flow rate. Then, using the normal drinking water and the sterilized water passed through the electrolytic sterilizer, respectively, the reduction of the bacterial count and the antimicrobial activity were measured.
