Claims (6)
- 정자를 선별함에 있어서,상기 정자를 저장액 팽창검사 (Hypo-Osmotic Swelling Test)를 통하여 정자의 생존과 온전성 여부를 판별하고 생존성과 온전성을 모두 갖는 그룹의 슬라이드를 선별하는 단계; 이와 동시에 혹은 순차적으로선별된 슬라이드에 형광 DNA를 붙여 염색체수를 알아보는 형광면역접합법 (Fluorescence In Sity Hybridzation)을 통하여 이수성까지 함께 갖는 정자를 꼬리-팁 팽창을 보이는 정자 그룹의 선별로서 판별하는 단계; 를 수행하여 이루어지는 정배수성 정자의 선별 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저장액팽창검사는 상기 정자를 저장액에 노출 후 슬라이드를 작성하고 정자꼬리의 팽창 형태에 따라 그룹별 분류하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정배수성 정자의 선별 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형광면역접합법은 상기 저장액팽창검사에 의해 저장액에 팽윤된 상태의 슬라이드 내 정자에 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정배수성 정자를 선별해내는 방법
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 형광면역접합법은 염색체 1/13/21 및 X/Y/18에 대하여 2가지 프로브 셋트를 사용하여 3가지 프로브 3가지 색상 면역접합법을 동시에 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정배수성 정자를 선별해내는 방법
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항의 선별 방법에 의해 선별된 꼬리-끝 팽창을 갖는 정배수성 정자
- 제5항의 정배수성 정자를 이용하여 보조생식술을 시행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수정방법
