Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a disposable compressed tissue, and more particularly, to a compressed tissue that is compressed and stored in a dry state and expands when contacted with water when used and generates far infrared rays and anions, and a method of manufacturing the same.
In general, disposable tissues are widely used for hand washing or face washing in general homes or restaurants, and these disposable tissues are made of non-woven fabric or pulp and kept in a sealed package wet with detergent or water. Therefore, the problem of sealing and preventing the leakage of liquids such as cleaning agents or water, and the preservatives to prevent the growth of bacteria in the liquid during the storage period, the use of preservatives, especially the weak skin hazards of infants, bulky distribution And uncomfortable storage.
As an improvement, the tissue was rolled up in a dry state to be easily compressed and stored in a coin form to reduce the volume, and when the tissue was wetted with water or a detergent, the tissue was expanded to its original state when used. .
However, such a conventional compressed tissue is uncomfortable to unfold and torn in order to use the folded tissue even when expanded in a compressed state, it is inconvenient to always have a cleaning agent when using the water is mainly used because of the wet There was a problem that the hygiene problem could not be solved enough due to the bacteria that could be contained in the water, just wipe the hand or skin with a tissue.
In order to solve the problems according to the conventional compressed tissues described above, the present invention provides a disposable compression tissue that can be used in a sufficiently hygienic state without using a special cleaning agent by generating a far infrared ray and anion when the compressed tissue is soaked in water, and a preparation thereof. To provide a method.
Disposable compressed tissue according to the present invention is a step of depositing a composition for generating far-infrared rays and anions to a fabric of woven or nonwoven fabric made of natural pulp by spraying, cutting the fabric in which the far-infrared rays and anion-generating compositions are deposited into a tissue of unit size And rolling the folded unit sized tissue, and compressing the folded tissue.
The far-infrared and anion-generating composition is a mixture of bio-ceramic as a far-infrared radiator, and tourmaline as nano-sized fine powder as an anion generating source, in a ratio of 40-60: 60-40 by weight, and mixing the bio-ceramic and tourmaline Preferably, 5-8% by weight of the powder is mixed with water.
In addition, the bioceramic is preferably a silicate carrier in which 40:60 of weakly alkaline kaolin and porous diatomaceous earth containing transition elements such as SiO 2 , AlO 3 , germanium, and calcium are mixed.
According to the present invention there is provided a disposable compressed tissue produced by the above-mentioned disposable compression tissue manufacturing method.
According to the present invention by cutting the tissue of the above-mentioned disposable compressed tissue manufacturing method, a disposable compression mask pack is provided by cutting off the eyes, nose and mouth.
Disposable compressed tissues or mask packs, on which the far-infrared and anion generating compositions of the present invention are deposited, have the advantage of being very easy to store and distribute in a compressed state with a minimum volume, and do not require separate cleaning agents to emit far-infrared and anion when used. There is an advantage that can be obtained to moisturize and cleanse the user's skin, and to activate the skin tissue.
Disposable compressed tissue according to the present invention is deposited by spraying a composition generating far-infrared rays and anions on the fabric of a woven or nonwoven fabric made of natural pulp.
The far-infrared and anion-generating composition is mixed with bio-ceramic as a far-infrared radiator, tourmaline as an anion generating source in a fine powder, preferably in a nano-sized powder in a weight ratio of 40-60: 60-40, and the bio-ceramic 5-8% by weight of tourmaline mixed powder is mixed with water.
The bio-ceramic is preferably a silicate carrier obtained by mixing 40:60 of weakly alkaline kaolin and porous diatomaceous earth containing transition elements such as SiO 2 , AlO 3 , germanium, and calcium. The silicate carrier emits far infrared rays with a wavelength of 0.925 ± 0.005, which is well absorbed by the human body at 36 ° C., and the emission energy is 2.900 W / m 2 . Such far infrared rays are known to have an effect of activating tissue in the human body.
In addition, toromarine is a polar crystal and generates static electricity in response to solar energy. As a result, toromarine discharges instantaneously when it comes into contact with moisture in the air, and water is electrolyzed to decompose water molecules into hydrogen ions and hydroxide ions. Hydrogen ions are attracted to the tourmaline's -electrode and combine with the emitted electrons to form hydrogen gas so that the water becomes weakly alkaline at pH7.5, which is beneficial to the human body. It becomes an anion called hydrokisyl ion to have.
These anions are known to have an effect of inhibiting the excitability of the sympathetic nerve by affecting cell activity, resistance enhancement, blood purification and autonomic nerves.
In accordance with the present invention, by spraying a composition of bioceramic and tourmaline that generates far infrared rays and anions onto tissues, when used in contact with water, far infrared rays and anions are generated in wet tissues, resulting in moisturizing and soothing effects of skin contacted by users. In addition to the benefits of activating and purifying skin tissue, there is an advantage that does not require a cleaning agent or preservative as in the prior art.
As described above, the fabric in which the far-infrared and anion generating composition is deposited is cut into a unit size for tissues, or a portion corresponding to a part of an eye, a nose, and a mouth is cut to form a mask pack.
Fabrics used for tissues or mask packs in the present invention has the advantage that the user is easy to unfold in a folded or curled state in the expanded state in contact with water when using at least 50% thicker than conventional fabric thickness.
The tissue or mask pack of the cut unit size is folded or rolled like a conventional method, put into a pressing machine, compressed, packaged in a single or bulk form, and supplied to a restaurant, and the user uses water when the compressed tissue or mask pack is wetted with water. It absorbs and expands to its original size.
Disposable compressed tissue or mask pack on which the far-infrared and anion generating composition of the present invention is deposited is stored and circulated in a reduced volume in a compressed and dried state to a coin size, so it is very easy to handle and separates by using far-infrared and anion release. It is very hygienic because it can cleanse user's skin and activate skin tissue without using cleanser.
