Abstract
(가)기술분야
엘이디 모듈판에 정첩과 회전클립을 부착하고, 조명등내에 SMPS(전원공급장치) 내부케이스를 부착하고, 내부 및 외부에 덮개를 장착함.
(나)해결하고자 하는 과제
1. 현재 SMPS(전원공급장치) 부착은 매립형 면광원 LED조명 뒷판에 부착이 되어있어수리시 전체를 통째로 분리후 탈부착하는 방식으로 1인 작업이 불가능하기에 2인1조로 수리를 해야 하는 불편함이 있다.
2. pcb(led모듈판)단자가 본체 천정에 붙어있기 때문에 통째로 교체해야 한다.
3. LED는 열에 약하기 때문에 열이 발생되는 SMPS가 LED모듈과 내.외부로 분리되어야 한다.
(다)과제의 해결수단
1.SMPS(전원공급장치)가 손쉽게 탈부착이 가능하도록 함
2.조명기구 내부 및 외부에 덮개를 부착하여 LED조명기구를 혼자서 쉽게 수리할 수 있도록 함
3.pcb(LED모듈판)에 정첩과 회전클립을 장착하여 SMPS(전원공급장치)를 용이하게 교체할 수 있도록 함.
4.조명등 커버에 SMPS 덮개를 부착하여 열발생을 줄임.
(라)효과
1.pcb(LED모듈판)에 정첩과 회전클립을 장착하여 탈부착이 용이하고 SMPS(전원공급장치)의 수리 및 교체시 시간과 인력이 절감됨
