Abstract
본 고안은 한의원내 한약을 보관하는 한약장 후방벽면에 자외선램프를 장착하여 공기에 떠다니는 대기중에 떠다니는 각종세균의 살균과 유,해충이 방지가 가능토록하기위한 위생적이고 안전하게 한약재를 관리 할 수 있는 장치로써 자외선램프을 장착 할 수 있는 램프기구를 만들어 한약장 내부 후방면(도4)에 장착하여, 외부 한약장 옆면(도1-2) 중앙부에 점등 스위치를 부착 점등시 일시적으로 여러개의 자외선램프를 동시 점등하여 자외선을 조사 하여 한약장내 수많은 약재를 간편하게 순간적으로 살균과 유,해충방지를 할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.The present invention is equipped with an ultraviolet lamp on the rear wall of a Chinese medicine cabinet that stores Chinese medicine in the oriental medicine clinic to manage hygiene and safe herbal medicine to prevent the sterilization of various bacteria floating in the air floating and air and pests. 상기한 목적을 달성하기위한 본 고안은 통상적으로 제조한 한약장을 한약장내부에 자외선램프와 램프전자식 안전기를 장착하기위하여 한약장 후방 넓이를 12센치를 더 확보하여 기존 한약장 후방은 목재합판으로 밀폐 마무리하였으나, 이 밀폐한부분을 완전 개방 부착하지않고, 이크기 만큼 함석판으로 대체하여. 한약장을 안치해야할 벽면에 ㄱ자함석판(도9)을 부착하여 함석판위(도3)에 금속판재로 구성된 등기구를 부착 자외선 살균램프 UV-C 살균등 1198mm(길이)*22.5mm(지름)을 12센치의 간격으로 종이나 횡으로 장착, 점등 할 수 있도록 전자식램프안전기와 등 부착용 소켓을 장착, 자외선램프에서 방출한 열은 함석판 상부 ㄱ자부위에 약4개(도9)의 원형천공으로 배출하며,한약장 외부에 옆면에 온, 오프 전환식 스위치(도1-2)부착하여 외부에서 점등이 가능하도록하며. 각 한약재를 담는 한약장칸(도6)의 후방을 자외선 조사흡수량을 높이기위하여 유리(도6)을 부착하여 자외선 빛을 한약재에 직접조사 할 수 있도록 한 한약장으로 구성되여있다.In order to achieve the above object, the present invention secures 12 centimeters of the rear area of the traditional Chinese medicine cabinet in order to mount an ultraviolet lamp and a lamp electronic safety device in a traditional Korean medicine cabinet.
