Abstract
Cucumber pickled containers for pickling cucumbers by salting cucumbers are cylindrical or rectangular containers, lids for opening and closing the openings of the cucumbers, and a plurality of containers formed for supporting at regular intervals on one or more of the same horizontal planes along the inner surface of the containers. The supporting projections of the container, and formed to be slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the container so that it can be easily inserted into the container and has a plurality of through-holes to constitute a locking grip that is in close contact with the bottom of the supporting projections on the same horizontal plane. When a large number of cucumbers are placed in a container and the boiled brine is poured into the brine sufficiently to prevent the cucumbers from rising to the surface of the brine and being exposed to the air, the jamming support supported by the supporting protrusions serves to prevent them.
Description
The present invention relates to a cucumber pickle container which is used to make cucumbers by boiling brine in cucumbers.
Cucumber or pickled cucumber is one of the typical side dishes that Koreans enjoy eating, especially the side dish that is eaten in high season during the cucumber season. A brief description of the traditional method of dipping these cucumbers is as follows.
That is, a large number of cucumbers, usually 50 to 100 cucumbers are washed well with water to remove the water, put in a container and pour the brine boiled pearls so that the cucumbers are sufficiently submerged in salt water. The cucumbers are then pressed into the brine with a heavy weight so that they do not come into contact with the brine and come into contact with the air. After 2-3 days, take the brine from the container, boil it again, cool it completely, pour it again into the container containing the cucumber, and press it with a heavy one to prevent the cucumber from rising. And aged for 7 to 8 days to complete the cucumber.
The problem with making these cucumbers, however, is that when the cucumbers in the container are pressed with a heavy tool such as stone to prevent them from rising to the surface of the brine, the pressing tools are not effective and the cucumbers often come to the surface of the brine. In order to solve this problem, Korean Patent No. 10-0715622 and Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2005-0094352 (hereinafter, referred to as the inventions) disclose a container lid by combining a compression plate of a complicated structure using a screw or the like to the lid of the container. The compress plate is lowered through to press the cucumber in the brine. This known invention effectively presses cucumbers in brine, but its structure is complex and difficult to make and practical.
One object of the present invention is to provide a simple structure that prevents cucumbers in pickling containers from rising to the brine surface when they are soaked.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a salt pickling container having a simple structure so that even when pickled in the brine, such as pepper, garlic 쫑, garlic, sesame leaves.
