Abstract
본 발명은 자외선엘이디 램프를 이용한 음이온발생 공기살균기에 관한 것이다.
본 고안은 공기 중에 함유되어 있는 오염물질을 자외선에 의해 살균처리하고 살
균된 공기와 음이온을 함께 외부로 배출시켜 사무실이나 작업장 또는 가정의 실내
공기에 포함된 세균과 곰팡이나 악취 등을 제거함으로써 쾌적한 실내공기를 제공하
는 공기살균기이다.
본 고안은 먼지제거 필터를 통과한 먼지가 제거된 공기를 자외선엘이디 램프에서
방출된 자외선을 통과하면서 세균이 살균되고 살균된 공기는 음이온 발생장치에서
만들어진 음이온과 함께 송풍기를 통하여 다시 실내로 유입되어 오염된 공기를 먼지제거와 살균 및 음이온을 발생시켜 쾌적한 실내공기를 제공하는 공기살균기이다.
본 고안은 내부에 자외선을 방출하기 때문에 먼지필터와 장치 내부에서 발생 되
는 세균을 근본적으로 제거하여 깨끗한 공기가 지속적으로 공급는 살균된 공기와
음이온이 포함된 공기를 공급하는 공기살균기로 자외선 엘이디(UV LED)는 반도체로
수은자외선램프보다 전력소모가 훨씬 적고 초소형이므로 장치의 크기는 작지만 효
과적이며, 자외선엘이디 수명이 반영구적이며 제품으로 인한 환경오염이 없고 경제적이면서 실용적인 공기살균기이다.
