알루미늄 블라인드 분야 및 롤라 페인팅 분야Aluminum blind spheres and rolla painting spheres

롤라 페인팅에 의한, 나무무늬 알루미늄 블라인드 제작Wooden pattern aluminum blinds production by Lola painting

1) 기존의 알루미늄 블라인드는 백색, 청색 등 단색으로 이루어져 있다1) Conventional aluminum blinds are made of solid colors such as white and blue.

2) 나무무늬 알루미늄 블라인드는, 나무무늬 비닐을, 열전사 방식으로 코팅하거나, 페인트 스프레이 방식으로 제작하고 있다2) Wood-patterned aluminum blinds are made of wood-coated vinyl by thermal transfer or paint spray.

3) 열전사 방식이나, 페인트 스프레이 방식이 아닌, 기존의 롤라페인팅 기계로 나무무늬 블라인드를 제작하고자 한다.3) Instead of thermal transfer method or paint spray method, we want to make wooden pattern blind with existing roll painting machine.

열전사 방식이나, 스프레이 방식이 아닌, 기존의 롤라페인팅 기계를 그대로 사용하여, 나무무늬 블라인드를 제작하기 위하여, 별도의 나무무늬가 조각된, 인쇄롤라를 신규로 제작, 교체하여 페인팅한다. In order to manufacture the wooden blinds, the existing roller laminating painting machine, which is not a thermal transfer method or a spray method, is used as it is.

열전사 코팅설비 또는 스프레이 설비를 사용치 않고, 기존의 롤라페인팅 기계를 그대로 사용하여, 나무무늬 알루미늄 블라인드를 제작할 수 있다Instead of using thermal transfer coatings or spraying equipment, existing roll laminating machines can be used to produce wood-patterned aluminum blinds.

기존의 롤라페인팅 기계에 장착된 페인팅용 평롤라를, 나무무늬가 조각된, 인쇄롤라로 교체하여 페인팅한다. 단, 기존의 롤라페인팅은 1회로 완성되지만, 나무무늬 페인팅은 2회 페인팅을 하여 완성시킨다Painting flat rollers mounted on existing roll painting machines are replaced by printing rollers carved with wooden patterns. Existing roll painting is completed once, but wooden pattern painting is completed by painting twice.
