일반적으로 자동차의 후방감지 시스템은 초음파센서를 이용한 후방 장애물 감지하는 것과 카메라만 이용하여 후방 상황을 영상으로 확인하는 것으로 되어 있다. 또한 이 시스템을 무선으로 전송하는 무선 시스템으로 구현되어 있는 것도 있지만 카메라와 초음파 센서 2가지 정보를 무선으로 동시에 구현한 제품은 있지 않다. 보통의 2.4GHz 주파수를 이용한 무선 시스템은 영상과 음성을 전송할 수 있는 채널로 구분되어 있는데 영상은 기존 채널을 이용하여 전송할 수 있지만 초음파 센서의 신호는 음성 신호를 보내는 채널을 이용하여 전송할 수 없다. 그러므로 초음파 센서의 신호를 무선으로 전송하기 위해서는 별도의 데이터를 전송할 수 있는 무선 시스템을 설치하여야 한다.In general, the rear detection system of a vehicle is to detect rear obstacles using an ultrasonic sensor and to check the rear situation by using only a camera as an image.
