Implant is a substitute that recovers when the tissue of the human body is lost, but in the dentist, it refers to an artificial tooth implant. In order to replace the lost tooth roots, the artificial tooth root made of titanium, which is not rejected by the human body, is planted and adhered to the alveolar bone where the tooth falls out, and then the artificial tooth is fixed to restore the original function of the tooth.
Dental implants were originally performed in ancient times. In the 16th and 17th centuries, artificial implants made of gold and ivory were developed. In the early 20th century, metal implants made of gold, silver, lead, iridium, iron and cobalt alloys were developed. Subperiosteal and titanium blade implants have been developed and popularized since the 1940s, but have short life spans and low success rates. Later, in 1982, after a 15-year study of osteoadhesive implants by Branemark of Sweden in Toronto, Canada, the success rate exceeded 90% and became popular worldwide.
In the case of a general prosthesis or denture, the surrounding teeth and bones are damaged over time, but the implant has the advantage of not damaging the surrounding dental tissue. In addition, it can be used semi-permanently because the same function and shape as natural teeth does not cause tooth decay. However, poor management can lead to plugs and tartar, which can cause inflammation of surrounding tissues, leading to periodontal disease. And, it takes 3 to 6 months depending on the degree after surgery.
One of the biggest problems that occurs when using conventional implant fixtures is bone resorption. Bone resorption refers to a phenomenon in which a degeneration occurs as the amount of bone tissue around the fixture is reduced. Such bone resorption may weaken the fixation force of the fixture, inhibit the stability of the prosthesis, and cause breakage of the prosthesis. In particular, bone resorption may deposit inflammation-causing tartar in the gum tissue surrounding the fixture when the fixture is used for dental use, or may downwardly grow the gum tissue along the exposed end of the fixture. Therefore, bone resorption is not preferable because it not only inhibits the stability of the prosthesis, but also does not look good.
In general, to fix the implant fixture to the alveolar bone, a fixture using a screw-type thread or a tapered shape that gradually widens from the bottom to the top is used. Also, the alveolar bone and the fixture without increasing the diameter and length are used. Fixtures that increase the adhesion surface of the chur is used, but bone decay and bone fracture of the alveolar bone appear, there was a problem that takes a long time to be firmly fixed.
In addition, in the case of an unhealthy alveolar bone during the process of adhering the implant fixture to the alveolar bone at the site where the tooth is lost, or when the initial fixation force is weak after the implantation, the implant fixture is infused and the replacement bone is introduced to introduce a partial solidification. The alveolar bone was hardened and then fixed to fix the implant fixture, but the procedure to fix the alveolar bone and firm the implant fixture had a problem in that the patient had a burden of the procedure. .
The present invention is devised to solve the above problems,

It is made of a body portion having a, the inside of the body portion is formed with a first long hole that vertically penetrates the lower end from the upper end is provided with a second long hole having a long hole that is connected to one end of the first long hole through the horizontal direction After the body portion is implanted in the sponge bone through the cortical bone that is the alveolar bone through the long hole of the alveolar bone to be fixed first, and then injecting a replacement bone using a syringe on the upper end of the body portion that is the upper end of the first long hole and the first Since the bones and the body part is fixed by solidifying the replacement bone introduced into the cancellous bone through the second intestine, bone bone An object of the present invention is to provide an implant fixture that prevents side effects such as lumps and bone fractures, and is firmly fixed to the alveolar bone.
In order to achieve the above object, the implant fixture according to the present invention,
