본 고안은 엠보싱부재로서 공기를 채용하여 부드러운 촉감을 즐길 수 있음과 함께 투명하여 스티커 도안이 선명한 그림을 얻게 되어 제품을 고급화시키는 동시에, 엠보싱부재비용이 별도로 들어가지 않으며 그 형체가 무한히 자유로움으로 종래 기술에 비하여 제조공정이 대폭 감축되어 인력과 시간이 획기적으로 절감되며 생산성을 현저히 향상시키도록 하는 엠보싱 스티커에 관한 것이다.

본 고안은 엠보싱 스티커에 관한 것으로서, 특히 엠보싱부재로서 공기를 채용하여 부드러운 촉감을 즐길 수 있음과함께 투명하여 스티커 도안이 선명한 그림을 얻게 되어 제품을 고급화시키고, 그 형체가 무한히 자유로움으로 종래기술에 비하여 제조공정이 대폭 감축되어 인력과 시간이 획기적으로 절감되며 생산성을 현저히 향상시키도록 하는엠보싱 스티커에 관한 것이다.
스티커는 책가방 등의 학용품, 거실이나 화장실 또는 손톱 등에 장식물로 부착하여 사용되고, 평면적인 단순한 구성에서부터 시작하여 다양하게 발전되어 왔으며 근래에는 스티커가 기저단으로부터 도드라져 형성되며 탄성을 갖는 엠보싱 스티커가 개시되어 있다.
본 고안은 상기한 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서,
본 고안의 목적은, 엠보싱부재로서 공기를 채용함으로 부드러운 촉감을 즐길 수 있음과 함께 투명하여 배경그림이 뒷받침되는 선명한 스티커 그림을 얻음으로 제품을 고급화시키도록 하는 엠보싱 스티커를 제공함에 있다.
본 고안의 다른 목적은 엠보싱부재가 별도의 원자재비용이 들어가지 않으며, 그 형체가 무한히 자유로움으로 종래 기술에 비하여 제조공정이 대폭 감축되어 인력과 시간이 획기적으로 절감되며 이에 따라 생산성이 현저히 향상되도록하는 엠보싱 스티커를 제공함에 있다.
이상에서 상세히 살펴본 바와 같이. 본 고안에 따른 엠보싱 tm티커은,엠보싱부재로서 공기를 채용하여 부드러운 촉감을 즐길 수 있음과 함께 투명하여 스티커 도안이 선명한 그림을 얻게됨으로써 제품의 고급화를 달성하게 된다.

  1. 이형지(10)와 저면에 점착제(21)가 도포된 베이스시트(20)가 합지된 기저단(70)과 그 상부에 결합되는 도안시트(30)를 포함하여 구성되는 엠보싱 스티커에 있어서,
    상기 기저단(70)과 도안시트(30) 사이에 엠보싱부재로서 공기(40)가 주입 밀폐되는 것을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보싱 스티커.
