Abstract

본 고안은 급식용 식판에 관한 것으로 식판 양쪽에 손잡이 부분을 부여하여 음식물의 오염을 방지하고 취급의 용이성을 확보하여 위생적인 급식문화에 기여한다.

Description

손잡이 식판{COMPARTMENT TRAY WITH EAR}
본 고안은 플라스틱류 재료를 사용하여 사출방법에 의하여 식판을 제작하는데 적용된다.
본 고안은 학교, 공장 등의 구내식당, 셀프서비스음식점 등 대형급식장소에서 주로 사용되는 급식용 식판에 관한 것으로 종래에는 식판을 손으로 잡을 수 있는 부분이 없어서 운반 이동시 음식물이 손에 묻거나 뜨거운 음식물이 손에 직접 접촉되어 식판을 떨어뜨리는 등 불편할 뿐만 아니라 음식물이 오염되어 비위생적이다
식판의 구조에 있어서 손으로 잡을 수 있는 부분을 부여하여 안전하고 위생적으로 사용할 수 있는 식판을 제공하는 것이 본 고안의 목적이다.
본 고안의 식판의 구조는 종래의 구조에서 도 2와 같이 잡을 수 있는 손잡이 부분이 존재하는 구조로 구성한다.
학교, 공장 등의 구내식당 셀프서비스대형음식점 등에서 쉽게 손으로 잡을 수 있는 식판을 사용함으로써 대중에게 안전하고 위생적인 음식물을 제공할 수 있게 된다.
본 고안의 실시를 위하여 식판의 구조설계단계부터 손잡이 부분을 부여하고 금형제작 및 사출단계에서 본체와 일체형으로 견고하게 제작한다.
