Abstract

A method for vertically rotating a monitor in a laptop computer is provided to reduce fatigue of current people. A laptop computer for vertically rotating a monitor comprise a laptop computer lower body(1), a laptop computer upper body(2), a rotation support(3) of a laptop computer monitor, a rotation shaft(4) of the laptop computer monitor, and a laptop computer monitor(5). The lower body is connected to the upper body. The upper body is connected to a monitor rotation support by a leaf spring of a wave form. The monitor is connected to the rotation shaft of the monitor rotation support.

The present invention is the idea of rotating the monitor of a notebook computer vertically when necessary. Recently, the monitor of a desktop computer has been released to stand vertically, but the monitor of a notebook computer does not seem to have yet. The idea of erecting a notebook monitor vertically is to break the mold of the existing notebook computer. If this idea is commercialized, it is expected to contribute greatly to the modern society.

The idea of rotating the monitor's monitor vertically when needed is to break the mold of a traditional notebook computer. The drawings show that rotating the monitor vertically on a notebook computer can be easily implemented.

Each component of the notebook computer conceptual shape which can rotate a monitor is shown in FIG. Each component consists of a body under the notebook computer, a notebook computer upper body, a rotation support of the notebook computer monitor, a rotation axis of the notebook computer monitor, and a notebook computer monitor. The lower body and the upper body are connected to each other, and the upper body is joined by the monitor rotation support and the wave plate spring. The monitor is connected to the axis of rotation of the monitor rotation support.

1 shows the conceptual shape of a notebook computer with the monitor closed at various angles.

Fig. 2 shows the conceptual shape when the monitor of the notebook computer is opened by 120 degrees. 2 is nothing different from a normal notebook computer.

3 shows raising the monitor of the notebook computer vertically (parallel to the upper body). The length up in the vertical direction was arbitrarily called d 1. D 1 must be long enough to rotate the monitor. The periphery of the notebook computer monitor rotation support (Figs. 7 and 3) has a wavy shape, which combines the rotation support and the notebook computer upper body (Fig. 7, 2) with a wavy leaf spring to increase the height of the notebook computer monitor. To adjust step by step.

FIG. 4 illustrates a concept of rotating a monitor of a notebook computer clockwise about a rotation axis (FIGS. 7 and 6) of a rotation support. In this case, an arbitrary angle is indicated by a. The maximum angle the notebook computer monitor can rotate is 90 degrees, designed by tapping the contact surface of the notebook computer and the axis of rotation.

Fig. 5 shows the concept when the notebook computer monitor is rotated 90 degrees completely.

In FIG. 6 to FIG. 5, the height is appropriately adjusted to lower the monitor by d 2 in the vertical direction (parallel with the upper body) to obtain the final shape. In the conceptual form of FIG. 6, if the computer works in various vertical formats including document work, the screen space of the computer monitor can be utilized to the maximum, thereby maximizing the work.

Rotating the monitor vertically in a notebook computer completely breaks the idea of a conventional notebook computer, and if it is commercialized, it is expected to make a great contribution to the modern society through not only fatigue but modern work efficiency.
