Claims (1)
- 청구항 1.압전소자에 충격을 인가하여 전기에너지를 발생하는 전기에너지 발생부;상기 전기에너지 발생부에 의해 발생된 단극성 파형(Bi-Wave)의 광대역 전기에너지를 압전소자와 정류 다이오드가 직접 연결되는 직접 결합 방식에 의해서 전기에너지를 추출하고 이를 직류극성 전압으로 정류하는 정류부;상기 정류부를 통과한 직류극성을 갖는 리플 전압이 평활 컨덴서를 충전하여 평활된 직류 전압이 확립되는 전압 평활부;상기 전압평활부의 출력전압이 소정 전압값 이상이 되지 않도록 제한하는 과전압 보호부;상기 충전 동작 상태를 표시하는 충전상태 표시부를 포함하여 구성되며 트랜스를 사용하지 않고 상기기능이 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스레스 압전식 휴대용 발전 및 충전 장치.청구항 2.제 1항에 있어서, 상기 정류부가 전기 발생부에서 출력된 단극성 전기에너지가 전원측으로 궤환할 수 있는 전류통로를 제공하는 고주파 다이오드가 적용된 풀 브리지 방식의 정류회로로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스레스 압전식 휴대용 발전 및 충전 장치.
