Claims (3)
- 무색 다이아몬드를 황색 다이아몬드로 변색시키는 황색 다이아몬드의 제조방법에 있어서,전자가속기를 이용하여 상기 무색 다이아몬드의 표면에 전자선을 조사하는 제 1 단계;전자선이 조사되는 상기 무색 다이아몬드에 0.5 MeV 내지 10 MeV의 에너지를 제공하여 청색으로 변색시키는 제 2 단계; 및상기 제 1 및 제 2 단계를 거쳐 청색으로 변색된 다이아몬드를 100℃ 내지 1800℃의 온도범위 내에서 열처리하여 황색으로 변색시키는 제 3 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 황색 다이아몬드의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제 1 단계에서 상기 전자선은 1시간 내지 10시간 동안 조사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 황색 다이아몬드의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제 3 단계에서 상기 열처리는 진공, 비활성 분위기 또는 환원/비산화 분위기에서 10분 내지 20시간에 걸쳐 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 황색 다이아몬드의 제조방법.
