Claims (4)
- 회전체와 함께 회전함과 아울러 원주면에 규칙적으로 돌출된 돌기가 형성된 로터와, 상기 로터와 인접한 위치에 배치되어 상기 회전체의 회전 속력을 검출하는 회전 속력 검출 센서를 포함하는 유도 고주파 자계를 이용한 회전 속력 검출 장치에 있어서,상기 회전 속력 검출 센서는,상기 로터가 배치된 방향으로 유도 고주파 자계를 발산하는 코일을 포함하는 LC 발진회로와;상기 코일에서 발산되는 상기 유도 고주파 자계의 자속 변화를 검출하는 검파회로와;상기 검파회로에서 검출된 자속의 진폭에 대한 직류 자속을 출력하는 적분회로와;상기 적분회로에서 출력한 상기 직류 자속의 크기에 대응하는 전압 또는 전류를 출력하는 출력회로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도 고주파 자계를 이용한 회전 속력 검출 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 적분회로에서 출력된 상기 직류 자속을 증폭하고, 증폭한 상기 직류 자 속의 크기가 온 신호에 해당하는 신호인지 오프 신호에 해당하는 신호인지를 비교하며, 비교 결과에 해당하는 신호를 출력하는 증폭 및 비교회로를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도 고주파 자계를 이용한 회전 속력 검출 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 출력회로는,상기 증폭 및 비교회로에서 출력한 신호에 대응하여 온 신호 또는 오프 신호에 해당하는 전압 또는 전류로 변환하여 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도 고주파 자계를 이용한 회전 속력 검출 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 회전 속력 검출 센서에 의해 유기되는 전압 또는 전류에 의해 온-오프되는 스위칭 소자를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도 고주파 자계를 이용한 회전 속력 검출 장치.
