The present invention relates to a polyethylene tube formed by spirally winding a polyethylene tube and filled with a polyethylene joint material at a joint portion of the polyethylene tube. By uneven coupling, the present invention relates to a polyethylene tube having a firm supporting force without falling even if an external force acts on the joint of the polyethylene tube.

Polyethylene pipes (hereinafter referred to as "PE pipes") are used for side pipes such as roads, underground drainage pipes, irrigation canals for agriculture, agricultural canals, and household sewer pipes. And a polyethylene resin (hereinafter referred to as "PE resin") is injected therebetween to form a polyethylene joint material (hereinafter referred to as "PE joint material") to manufacture a PE tube by bonding and fixing a PE tube.

Since the PE pipe is buried in the ground and used, it is affected by acupressure, water pressure flowing into the inside, and therefore, rigidity capable of supporting it is required.

However, since the cross-sectional shape of the conventional PE tube is rectangular, the joint portion is vertically contacted when the tube is spirally wound to form a tube, and the PE resin is inserted into the gap between the vertical joint portions and joined. Therefore, the joint surface is easily dropped by the external force.

In order to solve such a problem, the flange of PE resin is formed on the upper and lower portions of the joint portion, so that the PE joint material has a structure of the same shape steel as the I-shaped steel to have the joint and the rigidity. In addition, there is a structure in which both sides of the cross section of the PE tube are concave so that the PE resin is sufficiently filled with the concave portion to have rigidity.

However, the conventional rigidity increase structure as described above is all due to the PE joint material, there is a problem that can not withstand acupressure or water pressure when the adhesive strength of the PE joint material and the PE tube is weakened.

An object of the present invention is to solve the conventional problems as described above, and to provide a structure in which a rigid structure that is not achieved by the PE joint material is made by a PE tube. That is, convex convex portions are formed at one side of the cross section of the PE tube so that adjacent PE tubes are concavely convex, and concave concave portions are formed at the other side, which are combined with the convex portions. To provide a polyethylene tube made by a PE tube.

Hereinafter, the configuration and operation of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The present invention is a PE tube (10) is wound spirally, PE tube 10 is formed by a PE joint 10 by a PE joint material 20 injection molding the PE resin in the gap between the PE tube (10) PE tube ( 100, one side of the cross section of the PE tube 10 is a convex portion 1 having a convex shape, and the other side is a concave concave portion 2 coupled with the convex portion 1. The convex portion 1 and the concave portion 2 are coupled to each other when 10 is wound to form the PE pipe 100.

The convex part 1 and the concave part 2 can be implemented in various ways, such as an angular shape or a round shape. In addition, PE which means polyethylene in this invention shall contain HDPE which is high density PE as well as general PE.

As described above, the present invention is characterized in that the PE tube 10 is connected so that the spirally wound portions are unevenly coupled to each other so as to withstand the external earth pressure or the internal water pressure well.

Therefore, while the PE joint member 20 firmly supports the flange portion in the shape of the shape steel at the upper and lower portions of the PE tube 10, the convex portion 1 protruding convexly into the concave recessed portion 2 of the PE tube 10. ) Is combined, so that only the PE joint member 20 is filled in the vertical direction. That is, even if the force in the vertical direction is applied by the convex-concave coupling of the convex portion 1 and the concave portion 2, there is no portion where the PE joint member 20 and the PE tube 10 are vertically joined, and the inclined surface or the round arc surface Since the joints are joined together, the joined parts do not fall off due to the vertical force.

The concave-convex type is varied from the cross-sectional shape of the PE tube 10 as shown in FIG. That is, as shown in (a) and (c) of FIG. 3, the convex portion 1 may be rounded, and the concave portion 2 may have a shape of a concave groove that is closely coupled to the convex portion 1. . And as shown in (b) and (d) of FIG. 3, the convex portion 1 is formed in a triangular protruding shape, and the concave portion 2 is a shape of an angled concave groove that is closely coupled with the convex portion 1. Can be

As a result of the concavities and convexities as described above, when the PE tube 10 is spirally wound to form the PE tube 100, the PE tube 10 is joined as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. The structure itself also has support for external forces.

As described above, the present invention has a structure in which a convex portion 1 is formed on one side of the PE tube 10 and a concave portion 2 coupled to the convex portion 1 is formed on the other side, so that even if an external force is applied to the PE joint member 20 and the concave-convex coupling of the concave portion 2 and the convex portion 1 of the PE tube 10 are simultaneously supported to have strong durability.
