An sensibility based moving picture email system in web2.0 is provided to enable a user to send a moving picture by searching the moving picture based on emotion and selecting the desired moving picture of the user when the user searches the moving picture with a text. A moving picture server(110) enables a sender PC(100) to search a moving picture with an input text by providing the input text to a metadata server(120). The searched moving picture is transmitted to a sender mail server(130). The sender side mail server transmits the searched moving picture to a receiver PC(150) through a receiver mail server(140). The moving picture server stores a moving picture clip by making the moving picture clip according to a key frame extracted based on the emotion. The metadata server constructs a metadata database matched with the moving picture clip by extracting an MPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group)-7 base emotional component. The moving picture clip matched with a query is searched by using the metadata database and the moving picture server displays the searched moving picture clips on a screen of the sender PC in priority order.
