Claims (9)
- 전기적 신호로서 피검출체의 위치변화를 검출하기 위한 센서로서,서로 다른 극 간에 대향 배치되는 영구자석과;상기 영구자석이 일단에 결합되는 회전축과;회전축 외연에 길이방향과 일정각도를 이루며 피검출체 단부가 안내되는 안내로와;상기 회전축과 일정거리 이격되어 설치되며 회전축의 회전을 통해 자기장의 각도변화량에 따라 일정크기로 가변하는 소정의 위치측정용 전압이 발생되는 자속방향 검출부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 자기장의 각도변화를 이용한 위치센서.
- 전기적 신호로서 피검출체의 위치변화를 검출하기 위한 센서로서,서로 다른 극 간에 대향 배치되는 영구자석과;상기 영구자석이 일단에 결합되는 플레이트와;플레이트 중심부에 길이방향과 일정각도를 이루며 피검출체 단부가 안내되는 안내로와;상기 플레이트와 일정거리 이격되어 설치되며 플레이트의 위치변화에 의한 자기장의 각도변화량에 따라 일정크기로 가변하는 소정의 위치측정용 전압이 발생되는 자속방향 검출부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 자기장의 각도변화를 이용한 위치센서.
- 전기적 신호로서 피검출체의 위치변화를 검출하기 위한 센서로서,피검출체의 회전에 따라 동반회전하는 주기어와;상기 주기어에 축결합하며 주기어의 직경보다 작은 직경을 가지는 보조기어와;상기 보조기어에 치형결합되어 피검출체의 회전량을 측정할 수 있도록 하는 감속기어부와;상기 감속기어부의 회전축에 결합되는 영구자석과;상기 감속기어부의 영구자석과 일정거리 이격되어 설치되며 감속기어부의 회전에 따른 자기장 변화에 따라 일정크기로 가변하는 소정의 위치측정용 전압이 발생되는 자속방향 검출부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장의 각도변화를 이용한 위치센서.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 감속기어부는 보조기어와 치형결합되는 제 1기어와, 상기 제 1기어에 축결합하며 제 1기어의 직경보다 작은 직경을 가지는 제 2기어로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장의 각도변화를 이용한 위치센서.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 감속기어부는 제 2기어와 치형결합하는 제 3기어가 더 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장의 각도변화를 이용한 위치센서.
- 전기적 신호로서 피검출체의 위치변화를 검출하기 위한 센서로서,피검출체의 회전에 따라 동반회전하는 회전축과;상기 회전축과 치형결합하는 감속기어와;상기 감속기어의 회전축에 결합되는 영구자석과;상기 감속기어의 영구자석과 일정거리 이격되어 설치되며 감속기어의 회전에 따른 자기장 변화에 따라 일정크기로 가변하는 소정의 위치측정용 전압이 발생되는 자속방향 검출부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장의 각도변화를 이용한 위치센서.
- 전기적 신호로서 피검출체의 위치변화를 검출하기 위한 센서로서,피검출체의 회전에 따라 동반회전하는 웜기어축과;상기 웜기어축과 치형결합하는 레크기어와;상기 레크기어의 일측에 결합되는 영구자석과;상기 레크기어의 영구자석과 일정거리 이격되어 설치되며 레크기어의 왕복이동에 의한 자기장 변화에 따라 일정크기로 가변하는 소정의 위치측정용 전압이 발생되는 자속방향 검출부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장의 각도변화를 이용한 위치센서.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 자속방향 검출부는 자속의 각도변화에 대응하여 전압값을 출력하는 자기저항 소자와, 상기 자기저항 소자와 전기적으로 연결되어 출력되는 전압값을 통해 각도변화량을 검출하는 회로부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장의 각도변화를 이용한 위치센서.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 영구자석은 환형형태 또는 원통 형태, 막대자석 형태 중 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기장의 각도변화를 이용한 위치센서.
