Abstract

A protection grill against bullets of a vehicle and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to make slots on metal fixing plates, arrange louvers in parallel to each other, and weld a metal core of the louver to the metal fixing plate sufficiently. A protection grill(10) includes metal fixing plates(30,40), a plurality of louvers(20), and front and rear metal plates(50,60). The metal fixing plates are formed at the inner wall thereof with slots(31,41). The slots are formed with a predetermined depth and a predetermined length. The slots are spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval. The louver is provided by press-fitting a metal core exposing part(22) into the slots and performing a welding process with respect to the resultant structure. The front and rear plates are welded on the front and rear surfaces of the metal fixing plates.
