Description

배전선로 저압모선 {The bus for the distribution line of low voltage}Distribution Line Low Voltage Bus {The bus for the distribution line of low voltage}

Distribution line cable extension technology

In order to supply electric power, low-voltage distribution lines carry out branching work in various ways, such as connecting to the lower line of the column transformer, connecting the new line to the existing line, and connecting to the distribution line of the incoming line.

Conventionally, there are no facilities for low voltage busbars in distribution lines. When it is necessary to form a branching path, a branching sleeve 16 is used to connect a branching line to a nearby track. In case where the branch sleeve 16 is constructed as a main line, the flexibility of the wires around the branch sleeve 16 is changed, and if there is a lot of traverse in the wind, the wire may be broken. . In addition, by unintentionally connecting branch lines in unscheduled places, the aesthetics can be damaged. If an existing line is longer than a new line, an overload part may occur in an existing line.

In the present invention, a low voltage bus having the same concept as a bus bar of a substation is introduced into the low voltage distribution line. If a branch line is needed, a new bus is installed and installed so that the branch line branches sequentially from the low voltage bus so that it does not exceed the allowable current of the wire and the branch line branches from the low voltage bus instead of the main line under tension. It is not applied so that stable line construction can be achieved.

It also suggests a convenient busbar that can effectively handle the incoming line of small number of customers.

Low voltage bus is made by using insulated conductors and it is fixed by bus support band to existing cable.

In the present invention, the concept of a low voltage busbar is newly introduced into a distribution line. Until now, there was no concept of the mother bus 21, so that when forming the branch line, the disadvantage of weakening the tension of the existing line 15, causing an overload section 19, or damaging the aesthetics.

In the present invention, by adopting the concept of low voltage bus bar, the branch line is sequentially branched from the low voltage bus bar so as not to exceed the allowable current of the wire, and the branch line is diverged from the low voltage bus bar instead of the main line under tension, so that the force is applied to the connection part. It is possible to make a stable line configuration. In addition, for the small number of customers with a large number of customers, the low-voltage bus bar is connected to the small wire 51 to easily connect the incoming line of many small number of recipients. In particular, by constructing the bus to hang on the existing track, it eliminated the need for a separate low voltage bus installation device and place, thereby drastically reducing the cost and manpower use.

1 is a diagram illustrating a connection error of a secondary column transformer in a conventional column transformer. In the columnar transformer 11 installed in the electric pole 12, the voltage lowering line 13 and the ground lowering line 14 are drawn out and are constructed by the crimping sleeve 16 on the lower existing line 15. Existing track 15 is wound on the human insulator 17 and tied to the bind. Existing line portion in which the crimping sleeve 16 is constructed is inflexible by the crimping and there is room for the wire to be disconnected at the boundary because it is subjected to tension. And when extending the new line 18 thicker than the existing line (15) is now mostly connected to the existing line 15 using the crimping sleeve (16). Then, an overload section 19 occurs in a portion of the existing line 15. Otherwise, there is an unreasonable task of having to replace the existing line 15 with a wire of standard or higher than that of the new line 18.

Figure 2 is a case of applying the low-voltage busbar distribution line of the present invention to the transformer. The bus line 21 is connected to the end of the voltage lowering line 13 and the ground lowering line 14 drawn from the columnar transformer 11 through the connection part 22. It is preferable to make the connection part 22 into a cylindrical structure which crimps | compresses. Depending on the case where the connecting portion 22 is a cylindrical conductor or wire, it may be connected using a branch sleeve. The bus bar 21 was coupled to the bus line support band 23 to the existing line 15 to be suspended. Existing wire (15) serves as a concave line of the mother bus (21). In this case, the interval is properly maintained so that heat dissipation between the existing wire 15 and the bus line 21 is good. By using a bind wire (not shown) as the busbar support band 23, the busbar may not flow. In addition, the mother bus 21 may be installed in a pole attached form through the mounting bracket using a separate insulator on the pole (not shown). After the existing line 15 and the new line 18 are wound on the human insulator 17, the end portion of the wire without tension is coupled through the bus line 21 and the branch sleeve 16. In this case, the branch sleeve 16 is not constructed at the place where the tension of the existing line 15 is received as shown in FIG. 1, and the new line 18 is connected to the busbar 21 that is thicker than its own thickness, thereby overloading the section 19. It does not generate).
