Abstract

A powder coating pipe and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and obtain aesthetic appearance. A powder coating pipe comprises a pipe(10) and powder coating layers(11,12). The powder coating layers are formed on the inner-diameter surface and the outer-diameter surface of the pipe, respectively. The pipe is made from various metal materials such as low carbon steel, high carbon steel, carbon steel for structural use or cast iron. The powder coating layers are formed by coating powder pigments on the inner-diameter surface and the outer-diameter surface of the pipe and drying the powder pigments. The powder coating layers contain the same pigment materials or similar pigment materials such that the powders are uniformly and stably coated on the inner-diameter surface and the outer-diameter surface of the pipe.
