A spare tire supporting apparatus of a vehicle is provided to protect a spare tire from dropping even when a wire is cut by attaching a locking member to a fixing bracket. A spare tire supporting apparatus of a vehicle comprises a fixing bracket(10) which is fixed to a vehicle body and has a stopper(11) at the inner lower part. An outer mounting member(20) is inserted into a spare tire to support the spare tire. An inner mounting member(30) having a hole(31) is installed inside the outer mounting member. A locking member(40) rotates about a hinge central pin(32) which is installed at the inner lower part of the inner mounting member. A torsion spring(50) elastically supports the locking member. A sealing plate(60) seals the lower part of the inner mounting member. A wire end(70) is installed at an end of a wire(W). A spring(80) is installed between the sealing plate and the wire end.
