Abstract

A slip prevention device of a belt conveyor is provided to improve transfer efficiency of transported matter on a belt by removing slip, and to reduce costs and time by allowing simple manufacture and installation of the slip prevention device. A slip prevention device of a belt conveyor comprises a plurality of lagging plates(10) and a steel slate(20). The lagging plates are mounted in circumference of an outer circumferential surface of a drum pulley(30) connected to a belt(40) for transporting objects. The steel slate is formed in both lower ends of the lagging plate and allows the lagging plate to be welded to the drum pulley. The lagging plate is formed in saw tooth shape.
