Description

상기 PE(polyethylene)는 에틸렌에서 만들어지는 합성수지로써 내수성과 내약품성이 뛰어나 그릇·포장 재료·전기 절연체·공업용 부품 따위에 널리 쓰이고 있고, 상기 PS(polystyrene)는 보통 2,000~3,000개의 방향족 탄화수소인 스티렌 분자들이 서로 화학 반응을 통해 결합되어 만들어지는 긴 사슬 분자로 이루어진 합성 유기 중합체이다. 폴리스티렌은 1930년대말에 대규모로 생산되기 시작했다. 일반적으로 스티렌은 비누에 의해 물에 분산되고, 중합반응은 자유 라디칼 촉매에 의해 개시된다. 값싸고 강한 열가소성(가열하면 연화되어 다른 모양으로 변화될 수 있는 성질) 수지인 생성물은 산·알칼리 및 많은 용매의 공격에 강하고 물을 흡수하지 않으며, 뛰어난 절연체이다. 폴리스티렌이 만들어지는 현탁액에 고무 유액을 첨가하면 충격에 매우 강하므로 1960년대 중반 미국에서는 이 방법으로 폴리스티렌의 반 이상을 만들었다. 폴리스티렌은 냉장고·공기조절장치 같은 대형 가정용품의 하우징을 만드는 데 이용되는 등 용도가 다양하다.The PE (polyethylene) is a synthetic resin made from ethylene and has excellent water resistance and chemical resistance, and is widely used in vessels, packaging materials, electrical insulators, and industrial parts. 상기한 바와 같은 합성수지에 왕겨분말이 투입되는데 합성수지 100중량부에 왕겨분말 55~60중량부를 투입되며, 특히 상기 왕겨분말은 전조가 잘 되어 있어야 한다. 상기 왕겨분말에 습기가 있는 경우에는 사출/압출 과정에 불량이 이루어지므로 상기 왕겨분말은 열을 가할 수 있는 교반기에서 건조되는데, 상기 교반기의 온도는 120~130℃을 유지하도록 하고 소손(燒損)되는 일이 없도록 계속 교반시키면서 건조한다. 본 출원인이 왕겨를 합성수지에 혼합하는 과정에서 수 십번의 실패를 하 였으나 상술한 바와 같이 왕겨분말을 120~130℃에서 교반하면서 건조시킨 후에 합성수지에 혼합하면 사출/압출 성형이 잘 이루어진다는 것을 알게 되었다.The rice husk powder is added to the synthetic resin as described above, the rice husk powder is added 55 to 60 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight of the synthetic resin, in particular, the chaff powder should be well prepared.
