Abstract

A constant displacement vibration exciter comprises a motor(12), guide rails(15a), a supporting groove(17), and a supporting plate(18). The motor is horizontally installed at one side of a frame and separably combined with an eccentric cam(14). The guide rail placed at two sides of the frame supports two sides of a vibration guide(16) to be vertically lifted. The supporting groove formed at one side of the vibration guide is inserted into the eccentric cam. The supporting plate is horizontally positioned at the upper end of the vibration guide. The eccentric cam disassembles a coupling from the shaft of the motor. The supporting shaft where an eccentric rotary body such as a rolling bearing is installed is combined to the coupling to be disassembled from the motor. The length of the lower part of the supporting groove in the vibration guide is longer than the length of the upper part. A rotation number detection unit is installed at the shaft of the motor. A display unit is connected to the rotation number detection unit by a frequency voltage converter.
