본 고안은 화장실및 가정에서 자신만의 조용한 시간을 이용하여 자기 지능발달 및 학습능력의 향상을 위하여 비치되어 있는 백지상태의 화장지에 그림이나 도형, 단어, 수리계산, 숫자, 등을 각 연령과 학력수준에 맞는 문장을 인쇄하여 비치함으로써 짧은시간이지만 조용한 자신만의 시간을 무료하게 보내는 것이 아니라, 화장지에 인쇄된 단어등을 암기함으로써 학생들의 학습능력 향상과 고령자들의 치매예방에도 확실한 도움이 되며 건전한 두뇌학습능력을 향상시키는 학습겸용 화장지의 제공을 목적으로 한다.
